7/16/2016 Today's protest was at the Celtic Celebration in Belfast. Same old, mean, short, fat guy came after me to tell me to get out from 2 years ago. Bully. It's public property paid with my taxes. I ignored him. He kept yammering, I kept walking- sign held high. Stumpy couldn't keep up with me, sweating and panting, he yells that he's calling the police and Stumpy does.They can't stop me.  Many nice people wanted to know and I love talking to nice people. It was fun. Bet those corrupt ones were feeling sick watching me call them out. Here's my sign- same on both sides. For all to read with ease. Yes indeed.

City Planner locks up the documents and plans with DEP approval. Never ending and much more than I can document. All this is corruption directly involving me, my property and my children. First hand. Covering a massive network of Mobstah Lobstah's. Easy to catch. Just look and ask how and why? Prepare for rhetoric, denial and refusal. Then become the target. Duck and weave. Keep asking, proving, documenting and posting. Forget a lawsuit against the City- it'll end up on corrupt Judge Worth's docket or one of her good ole boys. Ditto with insurance claims- City Manager Joe Slocum tries to push you down that hell hole too. Once denied or Worth dismisses, so does your voice. Ticks them off that they couldn't get me there. No sir. I ain't no dummy.

I knew I'd throw myself off a bridge dealing with Senator Susan Collins, so I refused attempts for Ann LePage's assistant, Patricia Condon, to pawn me off to Collins..

And this is just the first hand documented short list of corruption escalating from being sold a non disclosed Belfast City Hall illegal water slaughter hell in 6/2010. They saw this below poverty level,  beat up Mom and children as an easy target. They thought wrong.

Boatloads more locally- private residents enabling through fear, committee's and businesses. Dirty local to state. Clean up begins at home. Too dangerous, I do it alone. Always have with history of family abuse since I was born (12/31/1960) to date. Not stopping now. No one to protect me. Confirmed after receiving 2 sexually threatening anonymous letters in 2015 with City Hall markings. Chief McFadden (prior detective for internet porn) would not return my calls to investigate. I brought the letters to Sheriff Trafton. He was concerned but cannot investigate. I'm on my own.

Belfast proposes false development, ordinance, zoning, etc. to the public and votes through corruption. Locks up documents and manipulates FOIA and public. Hurley King of get it done before the public can stop us. Hurley even stated that in one of his "senior classes" with the seniors chuckling. At that 9/4/14 meeting I am still asking when will we get paved according to code, no response. I don't know my brother had died until the next day. I had sent an email to UU Minister Perkins (City Council Roger Lee is the UU treasurer) telling him. City Hall knew. On 9/8/2014 City Hall sent in the trucks to hurry up and get the illegal paving (ignoring paving/drainage ordinance and corrupting a map to force more water to my property) to my home when they thought I'd be in Alabama for my brother's funeral on 9/8/14.       Painful to know so many out of state thugs, taking the Maine hand shake to shake down integrity. The thug out of state attorneys making it law in loophole language for the corrupt judicial gravy train. Implicating Mainers in mass- ministers, doctors, businesses, activists, even lobster men.
      In 1969 when I was 8, we took the coastal route home from the Worlds Fair in Canada. We stopped at the Colonial Gables in Belfast and to this day, unchanged, beauty beyond my Jersey eyes. Since then, I've lost 3 homes in Bayside to the same Jersey family greed and illness as Hurley and all those he has enlisted. Quite an army of corrupt illness. State of fear. Enable or else. I have been or else, placing my son's scholarships and social standing in their fire. Burned badly, they couldn't break him, still kind and true. High AP honors with low income abuse off the charts by Belfast White Collar bullies. Especially the Superintendent, Principal and Director of Guidance. Good ole boys connect.
      In 2010, it was Belfast or bust, I moved us before the contested relocation papers were even filed in NJ. Awarded and into hell. What they have done to my son because they couldn't break me over the past 6 years is life threatening.This Mom army will fight back to the end. Death or eminent domain. MaineHealth with Belfast City Hall is assaulting my borders. Hit me with your best your shot, fire away. They can't fight fair, I already won.
      Thugs without Borders. Epic disorders in power. Independent oversight committee's in every town are urgent. Until then, legal shake downs break Maine. Grass roots Moral Monday (I have a blog on that too) Step in and stop them.

    Eminent domain is bad no matter who employs it

    Oh, that terrible Donald Trump. Those in opposition to the flamboyant, presumptive GOP presidential nominee often cite Trump’s taking by eminent domain of a private property in New York to accommodate traffic for one of his new buildings. Democrats and liberals have made it plain that they in no way approve of the use of eminent domain. I’ve got news for those folks. Republicans and conservatives don’t like eminent domain either. We’re just not as vocal in our denunciations.
    And may I suggest that some of those same people who verbally flay Trump over eminent domain appear not to mind the practice at all when it comes to their own local wants and needs. Specifically, I’m talking about the city of Belfast, invoking eminent domain to link two sections of a new walking trail.
    Unfortunately, the land the city wants and will take (steal) by force if necessary, sits in front of the Penobscot McCrum potato processing plant. According to Jay McCrum, the land in question is very near the company’s ammonia tanks, a clear danger to walkers. But the Belfast people want this land so badly that they appear willing to exchange safety for convenience.
    On the face of it, this seems pretty cut-and-dried. But as with most controversies, there’s more to this story. Let’s look at some historical events.
    Industry evil
    It began some time ago, when visitors complained that the effluent from the city’s two poultry processing plants (McCrum’s place was once Maplewood Poultry) was making the shiny hulls of their sailboats all sticky and yucky. Those of us who used the harbor and kept fishing boats there had no complaints. But a new personality was seeping into the Belfast consciousness, a personality that wanted to see the city made “clean” again.
    Well, they got their way. The poultry industry was vilified and demonized, not to mention taxed and fined, to the point where the owners were forced to shutter their doors. Never mind the hundreds of blue-collar workers who worked for the poultry industry. This included not only workers inside the plants, but also truckers, raisers, salesmen and a host of others. It was big business and it was good for the local economy.
    So with the poultry industry now kaput, the civic-minded people of Belfast turned their sights to the remaining industries. Belfast once had two shoe factories. Both had no choice but to go out of business, leaving more of those dirty, sweaty blue-collar workers out in the cold.
    One of the last to go was Stinson Canning, or, as older Belfast residents termed it, “The Sardine.” Yes, some tiny bits of fish were vented into the harbor, a terrible situation (no, not really…it didn’t hurt a thing). On the other hand, because of this, Belfast had some of the best saltwater fishing on the Maine coast. People from miles away came here to take advantage of the sporting opportunities. But the die was cast and Stinson is no more. And, again, the people who worked in the sardine industry suddenly found themselves looking for work elsewhere. Many moved away from Belfast to find employment. That didn’t seem to bother the city fathers at all.
    The above-mentioned industries were not forced out all at once, but by means of constant nit-picking. The end results were always the same. Industry was bad, in fact evil, and Belfast no longer wanted it. I’m talking specifically about agricultural and natural resource-based industry. Belfast welcomes new industries, as long as they are chic and don’t offend the sensibilities of the new gentry.
    So who, after looking at what has happened in the past, can doubt that the writing is on the wall regarding the city’s one remaining agriculture-based industry? Once the collective liberal mind sets its sights on any such industry, that industry is ultimately doomed. So mark my words. Eventually, Penobscot McCrum will follow the long line of demonized industries and shut its doors forever.
    The city will probably gain all of the Penobscot McCrum land, not just the narrow strip needed to complete its trail. Perhaps it can be made into a nice park, or some other badly (not) needed attraction.
    And what of the people who will lose their livelihoods with the passing of the potato factory? Well, I can safely say that Belfast will shed few tears over the demise of the factory and those stinky, Republican-voting blue-collar workers.
    Finally, I know, without a doubt, that my opinion will irritate some people. But it’s not just opinion. It’s fact. Try to make facts go away and they, the pernicious little rascals, just keep on trucking. Nasty things, facts are.
