My tampered mail

My mail is constantly tampered with- here is today's 1/12/2015 delivery from the Waldo County Courthouse in Belfast where the Belfast Post Office is across the street. I am down the street. No doubt it was tampered with in Belfast either at the Court House or the Post Office.I have filed complaints with the post office prior, have gone to the Chief of Police for a suspicious anonymous letter- the Chief never responded. Right. I am the problem exposing massive local and state corruption through freedom of speech. City Hall and players trying to shut me up with intimidation tactic after tactic. It makes me sick to hear people say I enjoy this. Save my neighborhood and home or be homeless- there is no choice. I relocated to begin again from 53 years of abuse and greed. I alone, took them all on and held on. I was able to do this because I stayed true. Thank you conscience.

Update- 1/16/15 I had called the Belfast Post Office to report this to the Post Master General- David Cook. I thought the person's name that took the message was Sally. After waiting for several days, he did not call. I sent a complaint via email to the USPS site. No response. Today I called the Belfast Post Office again- I have been waiting to open this letter below in case David Cook wanted to see it. Carlos answered and told me he would have David call me.  I was adamant that if David did not call back than I would contact the FBI to investigate mail tampering. I had filed complaints before for tampered mail and the Post Master General never responded.

David called back this time. He lied to me and told me that he had called me back and left me 2 messages. I have never received a message from David Cook. (on a previous mail tampering complaint- he did not call back- I emailed USPS and Carlos called and left a message about non-delivery- stating my mailbox was blocked. That was not the issue)

I asked David when he called and he didn't know- stating he was calling per the message sent to him from the USPS site. I asked him why he didn't return MY call from earlier this week when Sally took a message. He stated that there were no Sally's working for him. I asked him the names of the women employed but he was irritated and gave 2 names that were not close to Sally's name. I advised him that I had just learned through a FB friend that letters that are not sealed properly can be ripped by the machine. He began accusing me of accusing his employees, specifically citing Rusty, my mail carrier.

I have never thought that Rusty tampered my mail. David was being difficult to work with. I was interested in an inspection of my mail before delivery. I hardly get any- and the one's tampered with are the legal mailings.  He stated that tampered mail gets put in a plastic bag stating received damaged and delivered to recipient. I told him that has never happened- my mail has been tampered several times. He suggested a PO box. I told him that would not prevent tampering. He said it would if  it was Rusty or someone from the streets. I responded that it was not. I had asked for David to have Rusty give any tampered mail to David before delivery. David said no. He was not happy that I am very concerned about my mail being opened.
