He tells me that I am covered on MaineCare till 1/31/2015. No matter, I've been insured since Janaury 2014 through Healthcare.Gov Maine Community Options. LePage is going after welfare fraud- he needs to clean his fraudulent house up first. My radar is beeping LePage wants to go after me. Have at it. The kicking never ends.

Dear First Lady,
I have posted below on your facebook and wanted to follow up with an email. Please allow me to visit you. I have so much to offer and am unable to get out from the corruption. I hope and keep trying.
Sincerely,
Laurie Allen

Dear First Lady- Please see me. I am a single, domestic survivor low income Mom who put all on the line to move to Belfast to begin again. The terror forced on me from state to local government because of corruption is life threatening and never ending. Today is DHHS and MaineCare. DHHS terminated me in 12/2013 in a letter. I got obamacare- paid all year and now find out through another letter that I have had MaineCare all along. Rainey Bernard of DHHS is telling me that DHHS did not send me the termination letter. I have it right here. He is lying. My first call to DHHS 2 days ago, c/s Molly saw the letter and said she would have a supervisor investigate. Now Rainey is telling me he doesn't see the letter. $500 is crucial to my 18k income. Belfast City Hall and DEP have already cost me thousands and thousands by force flooding my private property and denying it. Please meet with me so I can show you everything. Slaughtering an innocent mom for 5 years and counting. Terrible.

RE: Appointment w/ First Lady
Ms. Condon,
Please respond in writing how I will be reimbursed $477.50 for the DHHS error. Compensation through food stamps would be acceptable.
1. In December 2013 I received a letter from DHHS stating Laurie Allen has been terminated from Maine Care.
2. I spent 3 weeks attempting to get coverage through ObamaCare and succeeded.
3. I have paid 47.75 over 10 months (November and December are overdue)
4. On December 4, 2014 I received a letter dated xxx, from DHHS stating Laurie L. Allen MaineCare benefits are approved.
5. On December 4, 2014 I called DHHD @ 596-4217 and spoke with Molly. She told me I was covered all of last year and am approved for all of next year. She saw the letter from December 2013 terminating Laurie Allen from MaineCare. She said DHHS never sent me a letter advising me that I had been re-instated.
6. I told her as a low income Mom and with Governor LePage cracking down on welfare people, I expect reimbursement of $477.50 for the hardship of paying insurance premiums because of DHHS sending the termination letter. That is a tank of heating oil. A month of food. Molly said she would send this to a supervisor.
7. Rainey Bernard (sp?) DHHS called and claims HE can't see the termination letter that MOLLY SAW. I immediately knew he was railroading me.
8. I sent the email below, requesting a meeting with the First Lady, Mrs. LePage.
9. Lea Kendall, DHHS left me a message on 12/10/2014 stating that she understands I am to produce the termination letter that is clearly on your system because Molly saw it and read it to me.
10. Please state in email why I must produce the termination letter dated 12/5/2013 from DHHS when Molly @ DHHS confirmed that letter on her system on 12/4/2014.
11 IF you insist on receiving a copy of the same letter you have, then also state what the resolution will be to reimburse $477.50 upon receipt of the 12/5/2013 letter.
Another telephone conversation is not acceptable. Please respond resolution in email form. Thank You.
Sincerely,
Laurie Allen

Ms. Condon,
I have not received any response from Ms. Kendall Furthermore, DHHS Rainey Bernard (sp?) stated he would send me an email confirming that I have been covered under Maine Care for this entire year, 2014. I have not received this.
Please advise. I would think the First Lady would want to speak to me, a domestic survivor, low income Mom, who put everything on the line to crawl to Belfast to begin again in safety, privacy and peace. Only to be kicked to near death by Maine corruption. State, local and businesses. As her husband zones in to reform welfare as the poor are made poorer by the corruption.
Sincerely,
Laurie Allen

Good afternoon!
The concerns you have expressed about your enrollment within ACA and MeCare has been referred appropriately to Senator Susan Collins’ office in Bangor, Maine. Payments by you were made to that federal health care program (ACA), therefore, reimbursement issues would need to be addressed through the Federal Government.
Deidre Grant who is an assistant to Senator Collins will contact you directly and follow up with your concerns and the request you have made regarding reimbursement.
If you have further questions, please contact Ms. Grant directly by calling that office (207) 945-0417.
Sincerely,
Patricia Condon

RE: Appointment w/ First Lady
Ms. Condon,
This response is not appropriate. It is DHHS that made the error, not the Federal Government. Please respond :
1. DHHS Rainey Bernard (sp?) stated he would send me an email confirming that I have been covered under Maine Care for this entire year, 2014. When will I receive this?
2. On December 4, 2014 I called DHHS @ 596-4217 and spoke with Molly. She told me I was covered all of last year and am approved for all of next year. She saw the letter from December 2013 terminating Laurie Allen from MaineCare. She said DHHS never sent me a letter advising me that I had been re-instated. Therefore this is DHHS error forcing me to federal healthcare. Please compensate payments made of $477.50.
3. Please confirm in writing that I am covered under MaineCare for the entire years of 2015.
4. Please give me an appointment to speak with the First Lady.
Sincerely,
Laurie Allen

Good morning!
I have asked that the Department of Health and Human Services forward whatever paperwork you had requested of that office previously. You will be mailed that information as soon as possible.
Please reconsider to working with the Congressional office about the incident of having coverage with ACA and MeCare, as unfortunately that is your only resolve. Any further communication regarding the reimbursement you are seeking are to be directed to Senator Collins’ Office/specifically Deidre Grant. You may contact her directly by calling that office in Bangor – 207-945-0417.
All communications with you have been shared with the First Lady, so she is aware of your requests as well.
Should you have future concerns of a different nature, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
Sincerely,
Patricia Condon

9. Oh boy- seems they are not done- DHHS continues "unfortunate" incompetence as State and local crush the poor. No response yet from Ms. Condon, @ 8:30 am 12/18.

Today I received a postmarked 12/15/2014 letter from DHHS dated 11/25/2014. Reminder what started all this was a letter from DHHS received on 12/3/2014, dated 11/25/2014 stating Laurie L. Allen and Michael A. Allen (my son) have been approved for MaineCare benefits starting January 1, 2014.
This letter I received today, 12/17/14, dated 11/25/2014 is stating it is time to review my case to see if Michael and I are ELIGIBLE for Mainecare benefits. "In order to be sure that your benefits are not delayed for January 2015, this form must be completed by December 10, 2014.
Molly and Rainey Bernard @ DHHS both confirmed I am covered for 2015 and I cancelled my coverage with Healthcare.gov. Please relay this recent DHHS incompetence and jeopardy DHHS has seemed to have placed me in to the First Lady.
Why did DHHS Scott Berenyl send this letter on 12/15/2014 dated 11/25/2014, that had to be completed on 12/10/2014 to review my case for 2015 MaineCare when I received a letter on 12/3/2015, dated 11/25/2014 confirmed by you, Molly and Rainey stating Michael and I are already approved for 2015?
Sincerely,
Laurie Allen
