Hammond Lumber Execs Are Deadly 12/10/18

My heat source is Hammond Lumber for bio-bricks (compressed wood bricks 4 woodstove). Since 2013, I have bought in September, my supply. 5 sometimes 7 units (2 ton per unit) of bricks. Delivered to my home by then EBS, free delivery but the bricks can be $300-400 a unit. Twice the burn time of wood and so much easier for a single 57+, 115 lb., 5'2" little Laurie Allen to handle.

This year, Hammond Lumber bought out EBS. The manager, is a Pooler. Pooler brothers are deadly. Keith Pooler, another brother, is the superintendent of the Belfast Water District and has been overrating my bills, with Jon Carman, superintendent of the Belfast Sewer/Waste District. With the City of Belfast, all three have spent 8 years trying to scare me into silence. NO! All 3 placing illegal liens on my home, never in debt and STILL debt free on 18k a year. They keep coming and taking me.

Yesterday, Belfast PD came to my home again. A trainee for system rape- it may have been Massachusetts prior PD, Officer Richards. The other was the gopher for Chief Michael McFadden. Young Officer Juba. Heartbreak. He went to school with my scholarly son.

The new one tells me that they received a call from Hammond Lumber. Stating that I threatened them. I did not and told them the story that Juba did not want me to tell. I told him to give me his mother's phone number to speak to her about her son's disrespect issues. He said she wouldn't believe me. I said she doesn't know who her son is.

I told them I have had no problems with getting my heat supply from EBS for 6 years until now. That is Hammond supporting the State of Maine system of break, rape, arrest victim and intake for life. Kids too. More money in victims then rapists and pedophiles. Documented and proven and continually growing. Nation wide. JustUs IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE.

I have been trying to place an order for the bricks since September. System run around, status quo.
I called Belfast, Ellsworth, Belfast, Belfast, Belfast. NO. We will not take your order. We do not know when we will get stock in. I kept calling and trying. Even contacting their source, Southern Maine with this email. No response. Status Quo.

I clicked on your website on Jim’s link but this bob address was assigned. I typed in Jim’s as well. I have been trying to get bricks from EBS as I do every year but this year is a problem. They have it in their flyer but do not have stock and can’t state when or if the will get it. I asked Farley to generate a PO for them but he said he will contact the Ellsworth site to see if they have stock. They do not, I called them 2 weeks ago and found out that they will not take an order from me until they have stock. Unknown by them if or when.

I am almost out and this is my heat source. I am below poverty, unemployed and Belfast State of Maine hates me because I am law abiding and hanging on after 8 years of epic corruption just with selling me this hell that I never would have bought if the water was disclosed. My number one, no water issues, stream, none. 8 years ago and Mills has tried to kill me twice and fabricated arrests and jail like this Mom has never known. Never arrested in my 57 years and do what I can. I do a lot. Now, I have placed myself under self house arrest for 2 months now. If I go out they may get that 3^rd hit in. I wait, shackled to a tracker since 3/2/18, Judiciary corrupt, open and shut complete dismissal. Since my first hearing on 12/8/2017. Not heard but hunted. To die the weekend of 3/2/18 in Two Bridges, miracle got me out, bloodbath on 6/6/18 at another hearing not to be heard at Waldo Superior Court, evacuated, no scanners, no security, nobody. Just JustUs Dishonorable Robert Murray, ADA Enstwisle and Marshall Gun Twitching Dudley. I always go alone, pro se. This time I brought my son. Murray couldn’t kill him. He ran, called recess, never heard my motion or dvd of innocent target shoot, freedom of speech filmed in 10/2017. Arrested for terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, in the dark on 2/23/18. Single, 57 year old, 110 lb, 5’2 kidnapped by 3 Belfast PD. 7 days in jail, the 7^th day, I knew the 5k bail my guy had been trying to pay to Waldo Jail in Belfast (had to pay there because I was to be shackled and 2 Bridges don’t shackle for Belfast) for 3 days was not going to get me out before I’d be a free for all, brutal death, because I was out of my mind. Same scene was to play out in Superior Court on 6/6/18. Now Murray is lying, stating he heard my dismissal and denied them. I found that out by chance at my 8/22/18 hearing for another false arrest and $500. Murray refuses to give me his written reasons for the decision. Because I was not heard. Complete dismissal. And lawsuit City. Pro se. If I live.

Sorry to dump this on you but you have to know in case you don’t understand why I can’t get EBS to order bricks. The name would be Pooler. Water District brother Keith Pooler, Superintendent has been overbilling me for years but I did not know till know. Now he’s refusing to provide history of my actual bills with a graph. Water and Sewer district are putting a lien on my house if I don’t pay. Always paid in full.  8 years. Ditto with my property taxes till they took my last 5k in bail. They were putting a lien on me for 2k, knowing I didn’t have it and had no one to help me. Least of all my brother. George Allen, VP General Manager Beeline Cable. Now he’s made a new website, called Get Beeline, his name is nowhere where it was everywhere and even on commercials. He is in with Mills, I found that out after I got out of jail and he refused to help me with bail and told me to get psych. Help like Mills and Chief McFadden have been trying to order for years. But, I good. That’s all. Good and Plenty. That’s me.

I’ve known *** ******* in shipping (manager?) at Belfast EBS as a close friend for 47 years. I don’t involve anyone in this, least of all him. But if you know him, he will tell you that I am true. A pain in the ass too. I see everything through. I so want to be done and be left the hell alone. Mother Nature is one tough boss.

Please tell me that I can get 7 skids delivered by EBS (no charge for delivery otherwise I’d be in bigger trouble) to 17 Seaview Terrace, Belfast, Maine 04915. Farley at EBS said he will call my back after he speaks to Ellsworth. Also unknown when. This is life threatening for me if I can’t get these bricks. This was supposed to be my out against all odds. Buying hell. With the last of my cash.

Then I sent this email to Hammond Lumber since my phone calls were trashed. A man named Farley from Belfast Hammond called me and gave me more of same. I told him that the bricks are in the flyer that was on sale for the upcoming week. Stating he has to take my order. He refused and said he will check with the Ellsworth office and call me back. I told him that I already contacted Ellsworth. I begged him to deliver even one unit to me. He said he will call me back. He did not.

I have been calling EBS Beflast to order 7 skids of the enviro bricks. I had called Ellsworth over a month ago and could not get my order placed because EBS was not ordering it yet. I spoke with Farley last week @ EBS Belfast, told him I was almost out, it's my heat source. I order them every year from EBS. I asked him to cut a purchase order for the bricks, 7 skids is a big order. He said he wanted to call Ellsworth and then promised to call me back. He has not. EBS Belfast does not want me to get bricks because I fight the corruption. I tried So Maine Fuel to see if I could get them direct from them but they are not responding either. Plus, I have to get them all in the house, alone. Whenever they get here. I'll take whatever you have right now if you don't have 7. Please. It's so cold in here. I am burning the last and trying to make it last through the weekend. Please don't deny me heat. I've been through so much. Just a Mom doing what is right. The best I can. Thank you. After this email, a Ron? called me, stating he was from the Rockland site. The number was 338-, which is Belfast. I told him everything again and how Farley did not call me back, I waited all the next week. Ron said they had stock but do not have it any more. He was giving me a song and dance about bio mass production, I told him I don't care. It's freezing out and I am almost out of bricks. A few days left now. The rest of the house is at 50 degrees. I am conserving the best I can.

Ron said the may get stock into Rockland and Ellsworth around the 15th of December but he cannot guarantee when they will come in or when they will be delivered to me. He would take my order and put 7 units aside for me if the come in. I stated that each unit is 2 tons and that I know they will wait till a blizzard and drop 7 units on my driveway for me to get into the house in subzero weather if I even could get to it. 14 tons. The City has been plowing snow into my driveway and property 8 years, brutally and relentlessly.

I told him that I will expose the businesses that have screwed me because of this corruption. I told him to forget the bricks and hung up.

If so, I join the water with my Dad, sister, and 2 brothers (all died in their 50's and 60's of cancer) and my Mom. I called him for the bail money when the cops kidnapped me for system rape death on 2/23/18, to be executed 7 days later. I got out by a miracle. A mother. Kim took a note to the outside for me. I was sent back to Belfast 15 minutes later. Prior, no leaving, You dead Mom. No.

My brother has choked me to near death. I saw him do it to my Mom too. After 48 hours last night, it's not my ex that will kill me. It's my brother with AG MIlls, Chief McFadden, Dishonorables Robert Murray, Patty Worth, Mathews, Fizpatrick, Fowle, Fields... Jr. has 2 unregistered guns from my parents that I knew of. Many have witnessed Jr. violent rage against me. Truth. The weapon of their destruction. All do nothing. Except enable Jr. Drink away. Not me. I broke the cycle for my kids. Yes. I fight alcohol. It is a disease. I am strong. I stop.

Maybe some business man like Mr. Moody can get me some bricks so I don't die that way either. Power out. Who will help Laurie and 2 beagles? My kids are out of state. Who would even know? I don't go out in my front yard for long and am on high alert each time I step outside to the backyard. Vigilance has been my life line against mobs of men and mean mentality. Thugs with collars and robes and heavy equipment.. metal heads.

Chief McFadden had already targeted my daughter to help him and my brother lock Mom away. BEFORE the target shoot in October 2017. And the email from my brother, citing the same. After he would not pay my bail of the outrageous 25k upon arrest! ME?? I don't have that. Jr. does. He's stolen from me his whole life and now with Beeline, he's probably a millionaire. His goal. No matter where he can take it from  One Flew Over Seaview.

Jr. thought he got rid of this email from the internet. Ooops Bugsy. I had forwarded it to my kids. Got it. This was AFTER I got. I didn't die from the brutal metal of Law Enforcement. I stopped reaching out to my brother after he turned my big brother against me. Donald. He died hating me because of Jr. I will never heal from that. Read McFadden's email to my daughter below. Your life can be greatly improved if you accept help from a professional and get treatment. You need to be able to realize that everyone is not against you. The sooner you get help the sooner you will recover from your illness. You need to try and move forward with guidance. The hardest part for you is admitting that you need help. Your illness causes you to disagree with just about everyone and everything. You have absolutely nothing to lose by getting treatment, it can only help. A major plus is that getting treatment should also keep you out of jail. I want nothing more than to see you live a happy life, with friends, family and community. Life is way to short and you need to be able to enjoy what you have left of it . For years you have been living in misery and it does not need to continue any longer. The good news is it's only up to you, no one is holding you back from accepting help and moving forward. Don't waste any more time, you need get help before your court date on April 10. The judge will be a lot easier on you once they know you are getting help.

... It's been obvious to me for a number of years that your mom is suffering from untreated mental illness. There are a couple of things that prevent me from being an effective part in addressing those issues for her. First and foremost, it's my strong opinion that your mother would not be willing to seek treatment voluntarily. I have engaged her in conversation a few years ago when she would actually speak with me, and she was highly offended that I was even suggesting she should try speaking with someone. I may be wrong, but there's nothing she's done or said in the last 5 years that I've known her, which would indicate that I am wrong. Second absent her agreeing to accept help, we would be forced to take her into protective custody involuntarily in order to have a physiological evaluation done. In order for me to do this I would first have to determine she is a danger to herself or someone else. At this time I don't feel I can argue effectively that she presents an actual danger to herself or others. She's created considerable inconvenience to a number of people but she has also been very careful not to overtly threaten them. I have a tremendous amount of experience dealing with individuals suffering from mental illness, and although your mother is struggling she simply isn't going to meet the criteria for involuntary hospitalization in the typical way. Ultimately however, it's my strong belief that hospitalization is exactly what your mother needs.

I know they have female officers at the jail there. I'm not sure which of them would have been working the night your mom was arrested though. I can't speak for the jail but I find it hard to believe they would have had a male corrections officer strip search your mother, but that's just my common sense on the subject not direct knowlage of what actually happened. Fortunately a lot of what happens in the booking room is on video from what I understand so we should be able to determine exactly what happened. I'll make sure the jail knows to save the video from the night your mom was arrested…

A sad choice. This knuckle-dragging thug doesn't have any trouble lying shamelessly if he thinks it might gain a conviction. His father, a longtime Belfast police officer who merited wide respect, must be spinning in his grave at how his son turned out. Of course, take this opinion as you might. I was only a police reporter for over 40 years, can hardly be called a cop-hater, and yet I witnessed first-hand how low-down he has behaved.
