Judge Robert Murray has brought me into Waldo Superior Court two times prior, each one a false hearing. On 2/5/18 was my hearing for my motions to dismiss 2 fabricated cease harassment NOTICES and a fabricated violation. First, the notices were not legal, Belfast Police Chief McFadden refused to give me c.h. notices against Mark Rae and all on 23 Seaview Terrace (abutting my property where they are trying to take 20 ft of my property for their non-compliant lot with the support of Belfast and Waldo County Law Enforcement. McFadden gave Mark Rae and all c.h. notices against me after 4 months of my requesting with terror and hate crimes daily, on video and given. I forced McFadden to put his denial in writing. Two days after denied, he offered it to Rae. I was arrested for a violation per a video that is not available. And I never got my original signed c.h. notices as stated on the 2 notices that I signed. Repeated requests for those were refused. I never got copies until ADA Entwisle sent them in his discovery.
Chief McFadden (7 8 years and counting) began this take down of innocent Mom ( on 11/1/2017, arrested on 11/22/2017 and court hearing 12/8/2017 where Judge Mathews would not let me be heard to dismiss charges. Pushed into dispositional conferences of corruption. 1/9/18, my motions to dismiss on 2/5 in Superior Court (Judge Murray mailed his denial scribbled on my email used for the motion stating per reasons on the record. I can't get those reasons on the record. Copy of Murray's scribble email is below.), another dispostional conference on 4/10/2018 (I was not allowed to be heard again)
The next hearing for my motions filed on 2/23/18 at District Court and to Attorney General Janet Mills (which resulted in my arrest that night, in the dark, plain clothes Juba at my door, 2 cops hiding in the bushes, to drag me down the road in my leggings to 7 days in jail. I was not supposed to get out on 3/2/18. That weekend I would have been raped to death by any and all in Two Bridges Correctional Facility. Charged with terrorizing City Council from an innocent youtube video from a target practice shoot in October 2017. I don't own a gun and have never shot one till them. 4 months later, all are alive and well but I am charged with terrorizing with a dangerous weapon.) Shackled with a cancer cell and travel restrictions to break me, since 3/2/18 and counting. I've never been arrested legally in my life. Only illegal's here in Belfast. Because I stand up to the corrupt, 8 years and counting. Escalating to the State of Maine. Law enforcement to courts to businesses to healthcare (MaineHealth & affiliates, including their colloboration with the Department of Defense per MaineHealth's 2011 website see (www.04915.blogspot.com ) and the FBI. Recently linking Massachusetts taking coastal Maine and moving inland.
No speedy process for me- my 2/23/18 motions would not be heard until June 6, 2018 at Waldo Superior Court at 11 am after months of time changes. I go Pro se and alone. Always. On 6/6 I brought my scholar son in his junior year at Rutgers. The Superior Court House was completely evacuated. No security officers, scans, not a soul. All doors closed and empty. Up the stairs into a staged portable court room. Crime scene. Murray had to dismiss the title 15 to stop me as pro se because Deputy Chief Judge Susan Sparaco granted my pro se protection order against Mark Rae on 5/12/18. Murray refused to rescind bail conditions and the trackHER on since 3/2/18. Then he abruptly called recess and never came back. My motions to dismiss the c.h. notices and terroriaing with a dangerous weapon were not heard. Never to be heard. Just kill her.
