3/19/2016 ZoningMap/Airport/ Greg Dutch/Planning/Facist Steve Ryan

Today ( 3/19/2016) I found on the City website, an attempt to sequester ordinance/zoning corruption. My blog contains the specific real estate listings with intentional corrupt zoning codes since voted in secretly through binders and vague reference beginning in fall 2014. The Comprehensive Plan was adopted in 2009 and the corruption of it is thick.  I have been unable to get the City Manager and City Planner to update the City website with the official zoning map since 2014. But now, I've got the Worth network in the cesspool. Judge Worth and her husband John Worth are into it all, real estate, healthcare, shipping channels... Lobstah Mobstah's.

"This is the adopted Official Zoning Map for the City of Belfast: Reference City Code of Ordinances Chapter 102.zoning.section 102-4. This map includes all amendments adopted to the Official Zoning map through May 5, 2015. Questions regarding this map, as such has been amended, should be directed to the City of Belfast code and Planning Department, 338-1417 x 125."

City Manager Joe Slocum and City Planner Wayne Marshall have just posted this official unofficial zoning map. Note the manipulation. The actual seal does not state Official Zoning Map published March 2016. This box written by City Planner Wayne Marshall (proven corrupt, liar, with holding public documents/information, master of rhetoric and dangerous behavior traits when cornered) is the loophole that nothing is official. The Maine Realtor Commission and Attorney General go with the flow of Belfast corruption. Been there, everywhere, no official left un-turned. I made sure to cover them all. All cover up. George Mitchell, Angus King, Olympia Snowe to Stephen King to ACLU, Women's Groups, Move On groups, anyone and everyone, 6 years of work. Making sure I gave all a chance to be who they claim to be.

Seaview Terrace aka Gaza Strip is that little portion inside the R3 (Healthcare and Housing) zone. It states we are in the R1 (residential) zone. On 5/5/2015. Officially it has no bearing. The secret ordinances are the official bearing. Amendments unknown, all in favor of economic development. Take.

Who knew that corrupt decisions in small claims court to rob me of more as I was railroaded to Judge Patricia Worth, would give me the power to connect the Worth network. Turn the table. The unknown ordinances that have been secretly voted in under the Comprehensive Plan since 2014. They are ever secret, changing, calculated confusion to lead the innocent into attorney billable hours of candy land delight. Every move to deceive, foot drag, interpret confusion. Make it to the court room and Judge Patrica Worth will further the breaking. Documented and proven on the first page of my blog.

It is pointless to fight them in their illegal legal arena. Pointless to be governed by secret, ever changing corrupt ordinances that come to light as they hit homes. Covered up with more corruption.  Belfast has been watching it real time for 6 years with me. As the airport master plan unfolds, those homes are now seeing the corrupt tactics of City Hall to take. One home, owned by Dietz, had taken aim at me when I sent out emails to as many homes as I could to inform all of tactics when the airport public hearings began over a year ago. Dietz has a small business in Belfast, so they are entitled. Dietz needs that fiber optic network to happen on Church St. Big expense to the taxpayers.

You're welcome Dietz. Hearing you "gently" tell the council that it is dirty to wait until the last minute to notify a few homes of intent to take in an unknown to the public private letter from City Manager Joe Slocum. Mayor Ash then reminded Dietz that City Council "looked sideways" when they allowed Dietz to build his home on this property. Silencing Dietz because he is implicated into the corruption.

It's hard to watch these property owners that have easements from the City for the airport. They knew it when they bought the property. Unlike me, no easements, no rights of ways, no stream disclosed, no water issues disclosed and I was sold hell. My property used as a drainage way for half of developed Belfast and many businesses. Flooding a flood zone and hating me for exposing the corruption with public speakings and protesting since 2011. Businesses slapped me in the face in 2012, the Chamber of Commerce awarded resident abuser Belfast City Manager Joe Slocum Citizen of the Year. All the corrupt get awards. Isn't that special? Steve Ryan too.

City Council is appearing to take concern for the taking. It is an appearance. Buy time until they come in and just do it. Belfast City Hall turns against the home owners that stand in their way. Go ahead- sue us. Ain't our home, our lives, our family, our business. We will ruin you. Not if we all supported each other. We would run them as it should be. They work for us. Turn the table. Fire Slocum, Marshall, City Attorney Kelly and Collins and weed out the rest. Stop wants spending and take inventory and accounting of what they have done. Independent resident oversight committee's for all until the end of time. No more abuse.

Below are letters that appeared in this weeks local paper, The Republican Journal/Village Soup. They speak volumes of  Steve Ryan  Belfast Planning Board Chairman, a transparent fascist. Hiding behind his collar, he's pitiful.  Hypocrisy, deceive and blame and pass it down to the children. The worst parent of all. I shamed him and the Planning Board at one of my last public speakings. I knew it would be my only chance and I was right. They spent the next few months weeks devising rules to stop the shaming. Too late. I was done. Have a listen- 4 minutes in 5/2015 for the proposed Annex healthcare site where I tell them what is proposed to the public is not the final plan. As I have stated again and again, speaking at  over 50 meetings since 11/1/2011. More meeting video clips on my youtube corruption playlist. This is the one where I got to shame planning. City Planner Wayne Marshall has tight control over the planning board and their meetings.

Seymour's history
There’s nothing like a good Tom Seymour column to clear one’s head and get you thinking straight again! His March 10 column was a wonderful trip through history to prove that the only successful model for society is staunch self-provision. Everyone look out for yourself!
Tom reminds us that “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” He then goes back almost 400 years for a decent example of how fierce independence and looking out for one’s self resulted in improved living conditions for society.
It’s unfortunate that Tom didn’t pause to pluck some examples from a few other centuries on his way back to Plymouth Plantation. How about the 1800s when the rich plundered the country, ruthlessly consolidated wealth, and basically enslaved men, women and children in dangerous impoverishing jobs because…well, they were looking out for themselves! Fair enough!
Or, for contrast, the 1900s, when the rich white guys were oppressed by high taxes and an over-reaching government that was delusional enough to communally build the electric grid, the interstate highway system, basic sanitation and services for the populace, the Internet and (through its funding) the finest system of higher education in the world. Oh, yes, and those obviously ill-intentioned socialists (like that George Mitchell fellow) rescued the very air, water and soil we depend on from a horde of rich white guys who were using it to advance their personal gain at the expense of…well, the planet! How unfair to them!
Finally, he could have made a stop at about eight years ago when inventive financiers saw a way to increase their own net worth in a perfectly fair contest of “fleece the public,” and ended up bringing down the entire U. S. economy. Unfortunately, socialist types again interfered and introduced a collective effort to stop this noble nest feathering! Luckily, the rich white guys got to keep their profits this time because…well, they owned the socialists!
Thanks, Tom, for putting it all in perspective. And don’t forget to remember history!

Belfast

After reading this letter today, I googled Steve. My prior dealings with him when he came onto the corrupt Belfast planning board were of immediate pity. He is one of them but I did not know his connections. Seeing this is hair raising.

7/25/2016 Another letter in The Republican Journal from Belfast Planning Board Chair Ryan. See Seymour's spot on column for Belfast City Hall beginning eminent domain against Penobscot McCrum on this link. http://boycottbelfast.blogspot.com/p/4th-july-2016-belfast-city-ha.html

Opposing viewpoints
As one of the readers who occasionally write in to criticize a Tom Seymour column, I emphatically endorse your editorial decision (July 14) to retain Mr. Seymour's column. It serves no one to censure a point of view, and newspapers have a special role — nay, an obligation — to present opposing viewpoints.
I have to say that I think another writer might more convincingly represent the conservative perspective, without the fairly outrageous leaps of logic to which Mr. Seymour is prone, but I am not a member of that group so it's not really for me to say. Until another conservative voice arises to compete for the print space, I support TRJ's decision to keep him on and spark lively debate across Waldo County on the important issues of our day.
Thank you for sticking by your principles.

A big player throughout Belfast is the Dutch clan. Dutch Chevrolet, real estate agents, zoning board, prior owners of Seaview Terrace before selling out in the 1960's with the new Route 1 bypass underway. I reached out to Greg Dutch of Dutch Chevrolet a few times for support. Nada. He is the owner of Dutch Chevrolet and lives in Belfast. I am sure when I checked the agenda for the 3/9/2016 planning board meeting on 3/7/2016, Greg Dutch was not on there. They didn't want me to know Greg was coming to City Hall where I could set up a protest. Cowards. After the meeting, they had to list Greg on the agenda. http://belfastme.swagit.com/play/03092016-1076/#2

Item 5
Gregory Dutch, applicant and property owner, request to build an addition onto his garage
that is attached to his house located at his property at 95 Cedar Street, Map 35 Lot 36. The
existing house is legally nonconforming with respect to the side line setback from Grove
Street. The expansion to the garage will match the style of the existing garage, and the
expanded garage will not be located any closer to the side lot line than the existing
structure. Request involves Board review pursuant to City Code of Ordinances, Chapter
102, Zoning, Article III, Nonconformance.
