8/23/15- The most vile is the trickle down to my children. As adult bullies do when cornered by truth. Especially BAHS Guidance Director James Davis, Principal Fitzpatrick and Dr. Zanca. My child flies despite the bullies. Wicked smart and super. For my child's privacy, I will not post the prestigious achievement award announced in June and not made aware to me or my child. I just came across it when I googled my child's name today. Shocked that the school has not given recognition. But wow, you go young adult!! Thank You BAHS Teachers.

Please amend this FOAA request to "Belfast Maine OFFICIAL Zoning Map as of 8/21/2015 for zones R1, R2 and R3". The only acceptable and verifiable delivery of this FOAA request is for City Manager Slocum clicking reply to this specific email and with the maps included.
Per City Manager Slocum " Obviously if the records were readily available there would be no need to search for them".
Any other delivery means or employee is not verifiable and not acceptable. Refusal to adhere is subject to with holding public documents and mandates City Council action to intervene for adherence. Please CC City Council and the Mayor with reply and maps.

Here is the excerpt from the City Clerks Manual on the charges associated with having government employees search through public records and copy records when requested from the public. Obviously if the records were readily available there would be no need to search for them and all we would be addressing is the copying cost. I hope this is helpful.
