Section 5204 prescribes procedures for municipal takings

30-A MRSA sec. 3101 for other non-highway municipal takings.

I campaigned for infrastructure, TIF inclusion, mitigation plans, speaking at over 50 meetings, emails of proof of flooding and corruption, FOAA's corrupted, on and on it goes. I kept steady and did not take their baiting after baiting. It's all over now, ordinances are useless. They slaughter. Seaview Terrace is a goner. Que up satire. The real estate agents knew my history and counted on me being so broken that I would never be able to sustain the immediate and combined abuse from them and Belfast City Hall. Five years later, I have hung in there, cutting out all that would assist in taking me down. I knew the game well, I had just escaped 40 years of the same with brother, sister, mother and ex husband. Since 1995, with my 2 young children, the three of us were punished, and I was the only one who could protect them. I did just that. 24/7. The forcing of mental abuse is the way of the true cowards and thugs. With children and entering into the family courts with the 1% of the marriage yielding the power to hire the legal hit team to take custody while continuing with the abuse in front of the courts, Guardian ad litem, mediators, mental health professionals, friends, and family, the more I spoke the truth, the closer I was coming to losing my children. The irony of Belfast forcing the same with even more contempt because they know we have been through the worst and see a glimmer of light. The wonderful little flicker and you can began to breath and bring your children back to life in privacy and safety. Filed for divorce in 2005, 2 years of breaking us in every which way possible, 2007 divorced, 2009 the ex and brother have joined forces to complete my alienation and almost did. I was almost a shut in, steps away from becoming destitute if I didn't get out. Minimum wage jobs couldn't be had in NJ and my home was falling apart.All my money was gone, I had worked full time from 17-37, then became a stay at home. I had a great 401k and small inheritance that I gave to build Bayside. I was tapped out. My ex made sure of that, his plan was to place us in debt before the final divorce. To force the sale of homes, one was paid in full in Bayside, Maine. The marital home in NJ after 20 years had a 40k mortgage left. That was our only debt, I was scrupulous in budgeting and never living beyond our means. His style was appearance- he spent top of the line for himself. In the end, he was the one to burn over 50k in legal fees to destroy me and has continued since with the support of my brother and through the children. One is 21, the other will be 18 this year. My biggest fear is that something would happen to me before they became legal adults. It's been scary. The same tactics are used by the forces of the players of Belfast, the State and businesses. Family and friends turning away or joining in. They take me and my children after all we have survived with never having a moment to heal. I am fully aware that I should have had a mental break down long ago. To step out of the box and look is nothing short of a war using terror, my children their greatest weapon. Ditto here. Slow and steady, living lean and clean, one day at a time, save us again. Five years City Hall has lied with pure prejudice, discrimination, intimidation, and in the face of the public with a disturbing support of some of the public. The connected or implicated public. They destroy private properties and deny. Those that speak up are beaten down. The beating downs I have been subject to are case history. No one has lasted 5 years and amassed the proof that I have. For simply proving the forced water and refusal to provide infrastructure so the can continue their master plan Comprehensive Plan slaughter to the undesirables that the finally got voted in on 10/7/2014. Their written version through ordinance for legal genocide. To have used my brother's death in 9/2014 to send in the trucks to assault Seaview Terrace with illegal paving, breaking every ordinance, to do the cheapest patch job they could.They thought I would be at my brother's funeral in Alabama. I was home and watch in horror and mourning, as the assault went on all week and into the next. That took me down for many months. Lower than cess pool scum. Hitler behavior. Heil Hurley. These 2 meetings (I have spoken at over 50) show the brutal treatment and attempts to stop me from speaking of the City forced corruption destruction. One is from March 2012 where I had been trying to get City Manager Joe Slocum to place Seaview Terrace into a mitigation plan. EMA (Emergency Management Agency) Dale Rowley was impressed with the map I drew showing the paths of forced slaughter into Seaview Terrace. He said only the City could put Seaview Terrace into a mitigation plan. Dale was asked to come speak at this meeting so I came too. To make sure Seaview Terrace would be included in their discussion. They did not bring up Seaview Terrace at all. This clip shows the Mayor trying to intimidate me, to tell me have an attorney speak for me, to try and stop me from speaking at any future meetings. I don't think so. (I wasn't given correct information on the money the rail trailers received- it totaled $40,000. Deja Vu- just this week, they gave the money back to the City to begin a lawsuit against the rail trail harm to their private properties.) Buying homes are subject to any taking. American Nightmare because of the 1% and players. This meeting below was dangerous. Mayor Ash is slamming me. As it is, I am the only one that is timed to speak for 3 minutes and had been this way for 2 years. Actually it was right after the above meeting. They couldn't intimidate me into silence, so now they limit me. Only me. It is stressful, I have so much to expose, but I always abide. At this meeting the owners of the Front Street Shipyard are there. Mayor Ash wants to shut me up fast. It's awful. Then, see the police- the Chief and 2 new officers. They were there to be announced as new officers. The Chief tells the new officer to follow me out for a show for the audience. The new officer was confused- he didn't know why he was following me. He held the door for me and was very kind. I came back in though. Sat down right next the woman owner of the Front Street Shipyard. She must have been aghast. She gets my taxes and TIF and knows my property is destroyed. She doesn't say boo to me. She could have saved Seaview Terrace. All she had to do was go up to podium and say we must help Seaview Terrace. Guess I'll be making a new sign for Front Street Shipyard. Having a baby at 41 in 1959 was not proper back then and another sad tale that I would later piece together the difference in our upbringing and unfair treatments. I was brought into this world to keep my brother company and to keep quiet. I was always standing up against lies. The few times I gave into them made me feel foul. Hence my ignorance- I thought everyone had the ability to own it and fix it. I could do it and for the rest of my life I have exhausted myself in holding that standard to all the robbed MY rights and MY life. I did not go out looking to fix the world, I have only been trying to live right in my life. These entries are direct veins of evil to destroy my life and children. The network is never ending. The hatred by the guilty is state wide. The fact that they are supported by the press and organizations in which they are friends and members is daunting. It runs the gamut- immediate family- brother the VP of Beeline Cable and supporter of my abusive ex, childhood friends tainted by the players and now implicated adults joining in on the oppression to beat me down, (from next town over in Northport, Village of Bayside- summer paradise with families summering from all corners of America and even beyond- many "prominent" players promoting themselves as only the greedy can do- We keep pushing her to an arrest but she is too wise for being so ignorant and sure.

Recently there has been a flurry of Belfast issues in the online news. TV media ONLY does pieces on fluff, quick to report on the individual that broke a law, again and again and again. They stay far away for reporting or investigating State and local corruption. It is not for lack of. It is a damn fog horn screaming bully beat down from the Governor to local and the businesses that will play their way. Maine was easy pickings for the greedy where other States held them back. There is true reason for true Mainers to hate out of staters. Most of Belfast City Council and City Hall bosses are from out of state. Coming from the strict permitting and approvals from densely populated watching eyes of NJ, NY, CT and Massachusetts to the lax laws, unsuspecting few eyes of the rural and beautiful Maine. Where the pure may be poor and are the salt of the earth. My favorite people, hands down. Excluding Mayor Ass. CANDY LAND for the greedy. They defile everything Maine is and was. These articles and my deleted posts speak volumes. Seth Thayer is a player, knows my history and family (bought my deceased sister's home in Bayside) and I have never met him but I am certainly a threat to him. He is a sad man and a loud gay man. One would think he could relate to the abuse I have survived and the strength it took to get out, against all odds, to have Belfast shoot my lights out. But, Seth was married to his love by Belfast City Manager Joe Slocum. It made for great headlines and this couple also feeds their needs with greed and mean. The Belfast committee's and Commerce are loaded with them stroking each others, some even have ownership in the very media banning and burning me as my neighborhood is one flood away from history. Pen Bay Pilot media has one of those on the Our Town Belfast committee, maybe even the Chamber of Commerce- with Seth Thayer (and City Council His Town Heil Hurley and Mayor Ash). After Seth posted another get out of Our Town Belfast to me (he has done so many times- some posted in above tabs) both posts were deleted. He is such a flaming jerk. I am the receiver of ALL these forced flooding through each private property. Seasonal streams- ridiculous. The City approves development after development and sends the runoff to private property. Some of the players may get culverts to speed it down to me, some do not. Like the Birches, Cedar Street- there are many. But I get everyone's. So, shame on you Seth. If I heard this happening to another, I would be helping them not beating on them. These adults are such a disgrace to our youth. City Manager Slocum never provides crucial basic public documents that I request. He intimidates with exorbitant charges to begin the research and in the end may result in not finding anything. Billable hours into the rabbit hole, exactly like Alice in Corrupt Land. These abutters are going to raked over the coals with City Hall foot dragging. Ed Bearor refused to help me. Guess I had done too much of the leg work. Or another reason? Right after that in 5/2011 I get notification that this Mike Hogan is building an Annex building. Statute states that new site construction is to drain runoff on premises. I went to the site meeting, Hogan stating and showing runoff will drain onto Annex property. Lie- it drains to me and all doors slam shut and continue doing so.Merging in with all the miles and miles of highway, road, other neighborhoods, at least 15 business sites- The CASS (school) is an enormous site. All illegally stock piling snow with a City wink and nod to melt to Seaview Terrace. During this site meeting for the Annex, Mike Hogan stated that all "Plow-abe" snow would be removed offsite as the zoning conditions dictate. No they don't. None of them do and now I'm sure to get more from this new addition and not mentioned in this article is expansion of the site for a parking lot and "circulation". Hogan runs from me, they all do after I get up again from their kicking and uncover more corruption, all aimed at the undesirables. Through the Comprehensive Plan that City Council voted in new ordinance's and zoning on 10/7/2014 but has yet to be made public. All the "little bit" that hides the small print that will wipe out the undesirables to make room for the 1% visions. City Hall tried to illegally put Seaview Terrace into a new zone- Healthcare and Housing known as RIII or R3. We were Residential 2. Under the new zoning, old R2 would become R1. For Seaview Terrace to go into a new zone- residents would have to agree. They tried to pass it through without resident approval but I notified neighbors and the City claimed to reverse in 6/2014 and changed us to PROPOSED R1. A recent listing, now sold on Seaview Terrace showed zoning as Healthcare. MidCoast President of Realtor Council, Michelle Ridley, refuses to confirm Seaview Terrace zoning. City Manager Joe Slocum avoids requests for public records of the final zoning maps and ordinances voted in on 10/7/2014 by City Council to be updated the City Website. City Council is taking the 5th as usual. Another tactic- delay until appeals are over. Try and sue us now. http://www.cityofbelfast.org/D... Hogan is moving a portion of this old motel, a modular unit, to another hospital owned property and that has the new zoning of RIII. Previously, that site was R2. Here is the link that the City Planner lists as "existing" zoning showing Seaview Terrace in healthcare. Yet, City Manager Joe Slocum nastily tells me are R1 but is not reliable. He makes many "mistakes" at resident's expense. And will charge you the shirt off your back for freedom of information basic public documents to avoid giving them. I have not been able to get anything true in 5 years. Final approved site plans, zoning conditions and City storm drainage maps- simple requests right? Unless they prove their corruption. Lock up the documents in Planning. The City Planner, Wayne Marshall stopped recording the final plans in the Waldo County Deeded Registry when he came on in 1999? Their corruption has made me the most hated woman of the Belfast 1% and players. Fine with me. Gets a bit dangerous though with the intimidation tactics. 50 years of forcing runoff and melt-off to tiny dead end, 12 family homes on the flood plain, flood zone of Seaview Terrace that is not a natural outlet, no rights of ways, no easements, absolute slaughter by water. This spring melt could be the one, just in time for another healtcare site- right Mike Hogan? And a retired key City Hall official told me he was shocked at the plans. He said we haven't seen anything yet- that was in 2011. It is happening. Very similar to Chicago and Mayor 1%. Denying services to the 99%, all for the downtown 1%. Me and my children relocated here to began again in safety, privacy and peace. What Belfast up to the State level, realtors and community has done to residents is abominable. Residents don't go public because of fear. Those that get screwed by buying a home and have done all their homework and inspections, are clueless to the plans of corrupt City Hall. Soon they find out and either become one of their minions, or accept the corruption because of fear, or sell it to another. My family history is known by many here. My childhood in the next town over in Northport, Bayside village since 1969 is used behind the lines to hurt me. My only chance to get us away from NJ and danger was to relocate here. My ex (NJ resident) took my Bayside home in the divorce, trapping me in NJ while he took the kids and his 6 weeks vacation to summer in Bayside with my family (specifically my abusive brother- you marry what you know). My family had 3 homes there (including mine that I built in 1997). It is a sad ongoing story and all this corruption in Belfast has forced my entire life out into the public. They were counting on that- knowing how dangerous it would be for me to go public. They saw me coming and thought nothing of stealing my new life away. Five years later, I keep getting back up. The blogging was to get the documentation online. The rhetoric and scope is enormous. We were crashing, we needed privacy and healing. It has been nothing short of a terror attack. I am not reporting this as a bystander, I am reporting this first hand, the victim that refuses to be a victim. In 6/2010 I bought this sanctuary. Packed our lives in a 50 ft Penske truck and left the terror behind in NJ. In 8/2010 I landed a full time job with benefits, starting salary of 28k at Prank of Not America, Belfast. With that, I was awarded hotly contested and rarely granted relocation. Unfortunately, lower back arthritis quickly set in with this 40 hour desk job. I am active and never knew it was there. Boy, did that take me down. Within months, Bank of America would not provide an ergo station, and I was in excruciating pain, out with no pay, no workmens comp., no disability, no sick time, and no unemployment. Out of work as of 2/1/2011. As the most hated woman in business Belfast- no job for you. No soup for you. Get out. No offers to buy me out and I would never sell this hell to another. Welcome to Hotel California, Seaview Perish, Helfast, Maine 04915. You can check out anytime you'd like, but you can never leave. I am at poverty with City Hall destroying my property and charging me for it. Not to mention, I paid for the house with cash- I have no choice but to also pay for flood insurance. The flood will come, I could be homeless. Even with the insurance, I understand that is corrupt as well. Sandy flood victims and FEMA corruption all over the news now. Great. So how's my new life financially and socially aside from fighting corruption? Dependent on ex's alimony of 18k, using the kids to break me always, no chance of employment, $3200 in property taxes, $3,000 flood insurance- $11,500 to cover the rest- heating, car insurance, house insurance, repairs. utilities, gas, food, clothing, vet bills, dog food, getting ripped off more for corrupt repairs and court costs, blah, blah, blah, alienated from community and schools, and City Hall threatening my life every minute. Turn on the radio. Shake It Off, Shake It Off. You bet- I shake it and shake it again. Nothing better than a good song and a good dance. Free too. Turn it up. Another note- with each fleecing of all I worked for, it brings me closer to what matters. Living true and simple. I was never one to want more, I always just wanted Bayside. Bayside caused me a lot of pain. I am glad to be free of it. Belfast sells hell. They sell it with lies and intent. The are so callous, they must have been doing this for a long time. When I protest in the streets, many stop and tell me they were screwed too. They don't want to bring attention to it so that the can unload it onto another. Imagine if everyone just got together and unloaded City Hall. We can do that. Then boycott the players- hello action. We were on our way to healing and standing. For 8 months, we kept to ourselves. Till the rapids came tearing through my tiny property in 4/2011 and ripped our lives and home away. All the meticulous purchasing of this home were worthless. Belfast is filthy with corruption. I am not. They can't find one thing to hang over my head. The abuse we left behind have now combined and formed into mob mentality. We still keep to ourselves, this greedy, nasty society. Community has made it difficult for my children. That is the constant of all the thugs- hurt the children and turn them against their mother for standing up against corruption. They have had this shoved down their throats their entire lives. This is very personal. For the thugs, constant networking for their Ponzi schemes. It's a lot. And I've lost 5 years reporting what I can to no avail. The community is in fear. One step, that's all you need to do. It builds so quickly after that. A true community- transparent and compassionate. Or continue the terror. Yesterday was small claims court with Ridge Top Chimney Sweep, Chris Kulbe. He is one dangerous man. He even threw his 13 year old son into the fire. It was sick. I can't post all that now. The Judge will mail her ruling. I think she is an Honorable Judge not like Judge Patricia Worth. Chris's attorney must know that too. He tried to get a continuance when he found out it was the Honorable Judge. I don't know her name- I'll post it when I find out. Think about that- rather than fix his installation at his cost (under $1,000) he hires an attorney. Two days in court, how many billable hours for his lame defense. Acting Mayor Mary Mortier makes a huge snafu at the end of the meeting and reads the executive session addition to the public. The Rail Trail Abutters lawsuit to the City. I've got specific history to report on that. Two years ago they were asking simple questions that affect their property and City Manager Joe Slocum refused to respond- told them to hire attorney's. Right. Tax payers pick up the lawsuit- City Hall keeps the residents quiet once in legal proceedings. More to tell. Can't do it right now. So many fish to fry. 3/4/15 City Hall gets dirtier by the second. Last night's meeting is an Oscar Ego sweep of rehearsed deception. City Manager Joe Sloscum pulled another one of his sneaky additions to the agenda. The agenda's for the City Council meeting's on the first and third Tuesday's of the month are posted on the City website on the Friday prior. Agenda item's that will invite unwanted public input, usually something they are trying to hide from me, are not put on the Friday agenda. At the meeting, Sloscum will amend the agenda before adoption with "last" minute items. Adding in Waldo County Emergency Management Agency Director Dale Rowley was not a last minute addition. Sloscum sand bagged me, again. I have had many communications with Dale Rowley to get Seaview Terrace on his radar for when we go under. Dale cannot put us on his radar unless City Manager Joe Sloscum puts the flood plain, flood zone ( where the City is force flooding and destroying us) of Seaview Terrace into a mitigation plan. Sloscum refuses because then he would have to stop flooding us and spend our property taxes on RESIDENT INFRASTRUCTURE instead of flooding private property after private property and illegal cheap paving band aids.. I had just sent Dale an email to beg for assistance for sand bags to place by my fence before all the miles and miles of mountains of illegal snow melt to us. This may be the one to take us out big time. 2009 and 2011 were destructive, this one will be much worse. Add in rain, we're a river. Dale said he couldn't help me, he doesn't have the man power or the sand. He has some bags and he suggested I ask Belfast Public Works if they could give me some sand. They are in on the kill Laurie and Seaview Terrace campaign. See below for that- the worker discriminating specifically against me- refusing to do his job on the City road in front of my house. Window dress through community committee volunteers and gain their souls. The souls that believed see the cracks but choose to go along. And so on. The con game has been on. The 50 year buildup of the downtown with the players securing properties that will prosper when the Comprehensive Plan (probably 20 years in the making, also using smokescreen committee's to keep souls believing. But the real plan has been devised by the 1% and unknown to the 99%. Their Comprehensive Plan rolled out to the public with controlled information. Leading the lambs to slaughter and they still don't want to believe it. They follow, Silence of the Lambs. They saw me as easy slaughter since I was chopped to pieces from a life of abuse from the same cons in my family and marriage. I was one of the few to make it out. I made it out because I am meticulous in transparency and honesty. The cons can only have control through secrecy. I was a threat as soon as I could speak and have continued to stand. My family and past marriage have major impact, because the real estate agents are intimate with them in the neighboring village of Bayside, Northport, Me. Readers may get turned off as I connect dots and relay so much personal information. Believe me, when I bought into this hell, disguised with lies of a dream and a final end to the nightmare I survived, using all I had left after being robbed again and again by family, I wanted to be under all radar. I had made it out and living the remainder of my life with my children could finally begin. Any that have endured a life of family con games and abuse understand early on the choice. I can't. Welcome to Hotel Seaview Perish, I mean Terrace. 2/28/2015 FYI Update- Mayor Ash is the only local AAA provider/East Side Garage. He has refused my emergency calls, one was critical. My SUV flew on the ice down Park Row in Bayside (Northport Me)- heading for the bay. A small snow bank allowed me to get the SUV somewhat sideways- but one corner was hanging over the embankment. Attempts to back out were making it worse. Ash refused this call and the call was sent to Montville. My kids and I were freezing for over an hour, waiting for AAA. A nice woman called her father to come and tow us out. He did. AAA never came. AAA told me their drivers can refuse calls when ever they want. Great. Another time was for a jump in my driveway. Ash refused. We had to wait 2 hours- making my son 2 hours late for school. The Director of Public Works is Bob Richards. Bob Richard's father is the Chief of the Fire Department responsible to save my home from fire and flooding. Right. The Code Officer Tod Rosenburg despises me and has orders not to help me. He agrees with my maps showing the paths and sites that are slaughtering us. Dale cannot offer any assistance because City Manager Joe Slocum refuses to place us in a mitigation plan. Add in the undisclosed, brother in law relationship between the Chief Of Police and the local tech service rep for the majority of residents for internet cable- Time Warner Cable. He has been in my home many times, accessed my computer, my cables and equipment... imagine if I had things in my private home that I preferred the police did not know about...imagine those that do and don't know of the connection. I've mentioned this several times in my blog. I made the connection when the tech rep tested my connection through a you tube video. He told me it was his brother-in-laws. It showed a restored tractor mower and he told me how his b-i-l did restorations all the time. Mostly on old ones that didn't have brakes. When City Council called me in as threat to the Chief of Police, Chief McFadden had recently gotten that position, previously he was a detective with the police force. The Chief called me and asked me to come into the station for a chat. I did. And boy can I chat. Those that have nothing to hide can chat till the cows come home. I was telling him about a racing go cart that my dad bought when I was 7? 1968? The thing could go 70 mph and I jumped on and he let me go. Dad didn't explain that there weren't any brakes, that I would have to coast it out to stop. I was flying like the dickens and then I couldn't slow down and started yelling to my Dad while coming right at him as he was trying to take a picture with his new instant polaroid camera "HOW DO I STOP??" As I was ready to mow him down, he yelled "Turn the wheel Sissy and take your foot off the pedal" and snapped the picture. Wow, way close one.  The Chief related to the story and told me that he restores tractor mowers that don't have brakes. I looked at him and said "Hey- you're the brother in law to the Time Warner Cable tech guy!" The Chief looked like he was going to fall of his chair. I didn't get it at the time but from there on in I would close any emails to him with- No Brakes, Laurie. Months later inside trader information reporting made me think of the tech and the Chief. 2/28/2015 Recent increased difficult communications with Belfast Chief Of Police Mike McFadden, Belfast Public Works, Belfast City Manager Joe Slocum are threatening. Every day in the new are more reports of civil rights violations and incredible police power with wall support and protection. There is no doubt, I am in danger by the Wall and placing fear for the safety of my family. My only protection is to post, stay vigilant and continue to be law abiding above and beyond. 2/23/2015- Belfast is pure corruption. Seaview Terrace has been the red flag for 5 years. We are just the beginning of Belfast City Hall exterminating the undesirables by the way of with held Comprehensive Plan specifics that was voted in by Belfast City Council through an immense binder of ordinances and changes that the public could not view in 10/7/14. 2/21/2015 Belfast City Manager Joe Sloscum is refusing to respond to FOAA simple request to state when Belfast City Council voted Seaview Terrace into the undocumented ANYWHERE, R1 Zone. City Council voted on zoning in the 10/7/2014 meeting but without discussion, the public uninformed of changes and amendments in the huge binder each received to review weeks prior from City Planner Wayne Marshall. That was in September 2014 and I saw then all maps reflected Seaview Terrace into R3. City Planner Wayne Marshall told Seaview Terrace resident S**** J****** that he correct maps then. He lied again. I think they illegally voted Seaview Terrace into R3. All City Website maps currently show Seaview Terrace into R3 Healthcare and Housing.
Editorial in the Republican Journal/ Waldo County Village Soup stating home buyers should buy a huge parcel and place your home in the middle to protect you from Comprehensive Plan aka Agenda 21. The taking. I would not buy a home. The biggest investment, the dream- with no clue as to what they will do. Except increase taxes and rob you ruthlessly. I hesitate to add Director of Public Works Bob Richards. His family has deep roots in Belfast and I believe he has to choose bread and butter for his family over slaughter to Seaview Terrace. The snow plowing is mean and intentional though. That makes me think otherwise. I had apologized to Bob a few months ago. He had come to Seaview Terrace with City Manager Joe Slocum and Mandy Olver of Olver engineering to map out the corrupt paving. I came out of the house and as Bob Richards drove Joe Sloscum past me, I called them murderers. I told Bob I was sorry. That it was really meant for Sloscum. Bob seemed to be sorry too. I wanted to believe he was. That's my problem. Show me a speck of kindness and I crumble.My heart can't take anymore. At the State Level- Governor and First Lady LePage (accountability/investigation refusal), Attorney General Office Janet Mills, executive secretary Rose Smith and Freedom of Information Act Brenda Kielty (deferring complaints of corruption), Senator Mike Thibodeau (also deferring and avoiding) DEP- Commissioner Aho, Christopher Cabot, James Rodrique, Mike Morse, Thomas Gilbert, State of Maine Inland Fisheries and Wildlife -Warden Chris Dyer and IF Biologist Jason Snyder, Maine Real Estate Commission- Director Carol J. Lehighton, Deputy Director Karen Bivins, Field Investigator Jeffrey E. Hill, Maine DHHS- MaineCare Program Manager Lea Kendall, Rene Bernard Affordable Care Act Specialist EPA- Cyndy Mackey- At one time I found this person as a Maine EPA contact and sent several emails requesting investigation of polluted illegal runoff (from miles of Rte 1 highway, 15? business sites (parking lots and roof) local roads and according to DEP Commish Aho -more that she approved and that I may never know. DEP has corruptly deemed 50 ft of my private property MANMADE drain ditch as wetlands. Giving them the power to destroy and drown. PINK & WHITE COLLAR GENOCIDE )that the City of Belfast was forcing to my property and into the ocean. I never got a response.
Recently, I tried again with the corrupt Muck Suck (above tab) No response from Mackey or any Maine EPA. Another EPA Super Fund official replied and copied EPA Cyndy Mackey, Rafael DeLeon and Mary McCullough. I began researching Cyndy Mackey and she is an attorney and thick into EPA HQ Washington DC, Brownsfield Assessments (big in Belfast)... Mackey's name does not appear on State of Maine EPA anymore, in fact, that site is very vague. Oh boy.
And of urgency is Governor LeRage trying to hire his own attorneys to over ride the Attorney General and push through his dangerous wants and greed. Trampling the poor and beautiful.
Below was added on 2/17/15 @ 9 am and the above tab "Zoning/Paving Paradise". It is noted that I checked the City Website at this time and Seaview Terrace is still reflecting as "proposed" R3 aka RIII. Waiting for Sloscum to respond.
As told to me by the City Of Belfast Tax Assessor, the plans for Belfast are shocking. Bob is now retired, I kept quiet about that conversation until he was out of office. Now the shocking is unfolding. The waterfront and the healthcare district are simultaneously calculated in motion under the new Comprehensive Plan, land use and zoning. The small print and actually most print of this plan are unknown to the public. During this past summer(2014) as the City Planner Wayne Marshall fed the public confusion the 20 years in the making, Comprehensive Plan through charts. City Council Heil Hurley performs his act that plays again and again. He scorns Wayne for the confusing, overwhelming delivery of the plan to the public. The public was fed small portions to keep us busy questioning those and thinking that was the extent of the changes. The City website has not been updated with the final "Plan" print and maps. That is no mistake. The waterfront zone and healthcare zone are active. Get 'er underway before the public wakes up. The public won't sue because we know we are suing ourselves- residents foot the tab for City lawsuits. We pay for our genocide.
I don't know what to think of attempt to illegally rezone Seaview Terrace (my 12 home dead end street, that has been destroyed by 50 years of forced City runoff- a make shift sewer of our private property- not an outlet, no rights of ways, no easements, and the City flat out denying the forcing. Till I came to town in 2010 and blew their corrupt doors wide open) and Wight Street to a new zone RIII (R3) Healthcare and Housing. Seaview Terrace residents took action and in July the planning board reversed their plans- Seaview Terrace zoned as R2 would follow with the rest of R2 and become R1. That has yet to show on the City Website and repeated requests for confirmation is met with verbal confirmation from the City Planner Wayne Marshall in September 2014 the Seaview Terrace is R1 (phone conversation with a neighbor that I alerted and was the neighbor that began the petition under the direction of City Manager Joe Slocum) I am the 5 year flare of disaster that residents don't want to see. It is easier to hate me. Seeing JB Turner, president of Front Street Shipyard in the picture below, sitting on the Waldo County General Hospital Board of Directors blew my eyes out. The merging of power and surely corruption of our strongest assets. The waterfront and healthcare. John Worth (wife Judge Patricia Worth), Lee Woodward... I don't know the rest. But this is bad.
Heil Hurley is consistent with this tactic to fool the public. He confirms the corruption so the public believes Heil Hurley is on the side of the 99% but is powerless to hold Wayne accountable. Right. Heil Hurley did the same with the Muck, playing stupid, stating at the staged baiting to turn this toxic man made Muck into a fishing hole is ridiculous. There is no doubt Heil Hurley is the designer of every corrupt plan for his Belfast.
Absolute intention. Controlled release of baited information that has been 20 years in the making and brainwashing. Corruption clear as the sun against the Penobscot Bay to these Irish Eyes... Thinking the crying was over... I made it out and clawed my way to safety to begin again under all radar. Peacefully and privately in Belfast... Shame on Belfast Corrupt Collars.
