Please Help Me Jane Fonda, Tell My Story, Send Someone Yesterday


Taken last night of my barricade. I knew the bastards are satellite tracking me with an ankle tracker for the past month. I have never been arrested in my 57 years. Illegal arrests and a motion by Maine Attorney Janet Mills for a State forensic eval, per my State paid set me up, David Sinclair, Bath- take it to shut them up. I don't think so. I challenged it back in Feb. To be posted shortly. Some scary huh? Not for me. Only at night till I am in position. Waiting for my final moment. My honor.




Belfast Police Chief McFadden is at my internet connection again. Can't get my video uploaded to Camtasia where I called LePage today. I also attached the satellite picture above but that to was tainted. Horrible thugs.

Your email confirmation was received. I called your office after seeing my probation office Rick Otto. I told him everything. He said I need an attorney to get the monitor off. I've been trying to find an attorney to help me for years. They want to just fleece me then lose in court. David Sinclair did me even worse. I can't trust any attorney's. The attorney you hired with our tax dollars to go after AG Janet Mills will do @ Main's expense. Here is the video to your office. Please respond today.

The attachment the picture I took last night. Watching everything I love in my home and where I rarely go. I stay in all the time to stay alive. Only when absolutely necessary. Here is Sinclair's motion, which is the psyc. eval docket. I do not want another Maine attorney. I can't trust anyone. Except your attorney or one you promise will do his jub honestly and then everything will be dismissed on 4/10 @ 1pm. I want the tracker off last month. I have done nothing wrong but scare Janet Mills and the owned. That's alot of owned. Not me.

Here is Sinclair's motion to deny me justice again on 4/10/2018. No more delays, no more system attorney's to take me out with illegal after legal terrorizing hate crimes.
 
Well seems Belfast Police Chief McFadden is accessing my computer again. I've tried to load the video when I called your office 2 times to Camtasia. I had to pay 200 dollars for this service because McFadden has been deleting my blogs, youtube video's and personal files for 8 years now. He hasn't been able to get into Camtasia but the video from my file keeps failing to upload after 20 minutes of waiting.

Eight years of this and I will get this video up on Camtasia. I have asked for you to call me back today with an attorney and for you to come to Belfast and see it first hand. Finally. I would think you be excited to have this against Mills. You are not. Why is that? The Dishonorable's and all the family's funding new court houses, prisons, etc. I told you someone will pick this up. I won't give up. I hope you call. If not, I will go Pro Bono and appeal all the way. To America's Supreme Court. I have Mother Nature making me. OK.

These pictures are proof of kill Hobo Mom. This thread has most of the info. Turns out David Sinclair and Janet Mills thought they could trick me again. David telling me that he is being paid by the State for my "criminal" terrorzing charge.  That docket has 2? WALCD-CR-17839 and WALCD-CR-17862. Sinclair is motioning to run because I caught him advising me into a psych hospital. In his motion to withdraw as my defender he references
WALCD-CR-2018-139 which is the Maine Forensic Pysch Eval that David also advised me to take to shut everyone up and a bunch of other set-ups that I don't have the time to list now. But I will. All of this is illegal to shut one little Hobo Mom up for protecting freedom, children and Mother Nature. Look at these satellite trackers going in my home and wheels and the ankle tracker for over a month now. Sinclair is asking for another attorney and a later court date to bring another evil attorney up to the institutionalization of me. I said it 8 years ago, One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. I don't think so. Dishonorable Judge Murray told me in CLOSED Superior Court that I had 48 hours to challenge this. County Clerk Brooke Otis(Ryan Otis, the bailiff's wife I take it- right. All In The Family by most of them) has instructed her subordinates not to give me any forms. I know there are always forms. I wrote the challenge, sent to Mills and all of you that if no form is provided, my challenge email will serve as the legal challenge. No response, so my legal challenge to my lobotomy is below. And Sinclair's motion to pass it on.

My court date for who knows what, certainly not me, I have never broke a law resulting in an arrest in my 57 years of life. I am now "poor by choice" and clearly taking my mind is all Mills has left to order. Please dismiss all dockets immediately. Advise my probation office Rick Otto to cut of the ankle crusher, order written transcripts of all my court hearings for 2017-2018. Should be those in yesterday's email but who knows. The Court house is out of my zone (Sinclair advised me to go there to get all my dockets knowing I'd be arrested. Incredible. He's the criminal attorney feeding the system with this. Disbar him.) Even if I could go there, I am lied to by the clerks and bully boy Corporal Dudley yells me out of the court house. Beyond horrible.  Refund all the last money I had, over $5,000. So much more to expose- that the AP ran that rag's story, nothing true in it, and sent it out nationally, maybe globally that I am a terrorist. I was still in prison so I haven't had time to take the AP on yet. YET.  I knew I was not going to get out, would end up in the psych hospital that way. Belfast Police Chief began emailing my daughter in October that I was mentally ill, would never admit myself, and was slick enough not to do anything illegal. But if she could help, then that would keep me out of jail. Then he came up with my target shooting video where I shot a gun for the first time, do not own a gun and held up the target and said thanks for being my target and named Belfast City Council Mary Mortier, Eric Sanders, Neal Harkness, John Arrison and MIKE HURLEY. Later I said, "How do you like being targeted?" That was it. That video is Mills proof to lock me away as a terrorist. NO! Dismiss all charges and her and her judicial Dishonorables Worth, Murray, Mathews, and Fields. I sse they pulled Fields out of retirement for a try to take me out. Read the transcrips- refusing to allow me to be heard until 4 court appearances and into the CLOSED Superior Court to be heard by no one. Justus Murray, Corporal Dudlet and ADA William Entwisle. I have been targeted by the court process since 1996-2001 with my mom’s estate and theft by others, I stood and won. 2005-2007 divorce- where just like you, my husband (borderline personality disorder, State employee) motioned for the same. I am sane, the greedy are not. Save the taxpayers from this money pit to protect the robes, pink, blue and white collars. Dr. Rosenbaum and corrupt Judge Fred Keiser (removed from the bench, I was his last burn to humanity. They did their best to break me, alas Mom stood. 2010 won RARELY AWARDED, HOTLY CONTESTED relocation from NJ to Belfast. I stand 7 years and counting. Who is crazy? Not I.

Waldo County District Court Clerk Jennifer confirmed today that I am to appear at 131 Church Street on Monday, 2/5/18 @ 1pm for criminal charges. If this is not dismissed immediately, this serves as notice that I will pay to have MY court hearing transcribed. You have received my motion for dismissal against all attempts by WCDC. I never trespassed. Your video of proof is not available. I was never given ANY of my original signed cease harassment notices as stated on the forms. Confirmed by bailiff Otis Ryan when I told him I did not get them. They were not in my belongings list. He left. I never got them. How can the Belfast Police Department and Belfast City Hall and Mike Hurley’s holes issue a cease harassment notice against me? Officer Rolerson told me that I can’t call 911 when 23 Seaview Terrace and BPD trespass onto my property, threaten me again and again, maul my boat, my boat lock. my tires, hate crime after hate crime since June 2017 to date.

My court appointed State Attorney (I'm poor by choice) is motioning to drop me because I have called him out for setting me up to agree to a Title15 Psych Eval. All these dockets are false. I have never arrested and Maine Attorney General Janet Mills is trying to take me out through this eval. They put a tracker on me weeks ago and law enforcement is all over me. And has been since I began exposing the corruption up to Mills 8 years ago when I was sold undisclosed hell. I made it out against the odds and they thought I'd be too beat up to withstand the hate crimes and terrorism to me and my home. Endless state agencies have a hand in my tiny property. 1/3 of an acre and I've documented each one. My court date is 4/10/18 @ 1pm at the Superior Court on 103 Church St. Belfast. Maine Attorney General Janet Mills,

The State appointed attorney David Sinclair is motioning to drop me because I know he is setting me up for your office. Advising me to take the Title 15 psych. eval. In He has been telling me that he is only handling the terrorizing charge against me but he is not. I see he is handling WALCD-CR-18139, your ADA William Entwisle motion for the Title 15 and "pray" to basically keep my silent.

I haven't done any of these things but BPD has done them all to me. and worse for years. Hate Crimes, Terrorism, and they locked ME up in the Belfast jail for 2 long nights before shipping me down to Twin Bridges with hard criminals and innocent ones. That Stockton Spring mother is an abused mess and what those male employees do the women is more hate crimes and terrorism with that Psych man. He's very abusive. Witnessed by all in the pokey with me for those 5 days. The only reason I got out was because of my daughter and friend and my jail mate Kim getting out and the guards saw me give her a letter for the outside. 15 minutes later my name was called. Allen your getting transported back to Belfast now. No shackles this time Just cuffed and shackled with a tracking monitor since March 7? or 8th? I don't have paperwork for the day of my break out but it was around then. I was pretty tired after a 4 day hunger strike. Only started eating because I believed Sinclair might be a good guy and accepted him as my attorney. I was wrong.

There is not legal about any of this and you make up your own charges. One jail mate said you were someone else when you were younger in Lewiston. She would be in Twin Bridges today, feeding the system.


Waldo courts clerks have lied to me again and again. Acting clueless to my requests for motions, resulting in emails to you to cover as the motions. Which you order a psych test instead. Sinclair also told me to go to the Belfast Unified Court Clerk and as for all my dockets. He knew if I went that I would violate probation and get locked up. I called him out on that too. I almost went you people are non stop assaulting me.

Again, this will serve as motions until I get the motion forms for court next week, 4/10/2018. Or appeal if you choose to do something else to me. Appointing another attorney is stupid. Wasting more tax dollars, 8 years and counting with just trying to break and silence me. If you do, at least I got this out. Please advise if I am missing any other dockets, including criminal. I have never been LEGALLY arrested in my 57 year old Hobo Mom life. I'm good.



  1. Motion to dismiss WALCD-CR-17839 (I don't even know what this one is- the terrorist one? Sinclair has all my court papers and I don't have copies, though I asked him for them last week.)
  2. Motion to dismiss WALCD-CR-17862 (Ditto on this. What is it illegally for?)
  3. Motion to dismiss WALCD-2017-00862 Harassment. I was never given the original signed C.H notice as stated on the form I was forced to sign even though I didn't do it. Never. I help all.
  4. Motion to dismiss WALCD-2017-00839 Harassment. Ditto, for above harassment.
  5. Motion to reimburse all monies paid out by me for all these illegal charges.
  6. Motion for the State of Maine to pay for all paper transcripts of all my hearings, including the repeated harassment hearings where I was not allowed to be heard until you put me into Superior Court where no one could hear me except the ones who help you do this to me.
  7. Motion to move the court venue to Ellsworth (Sinclair said it has to be an abutting county and he wanted Rockland)

Upon checking the map, I see Hancock County is the abutting county to Waldo County. As you stated, the venue can only be motioned to an abutting County. Your suggestion to move it to Knox County is not my choice. Furthermore, you told me to write the names of the Judges that I have issue with. The ONLY Judge that I have proven many times that has issues is Judge Patricia Worth. I told you that I want her on the bench to be accountable but you told me that she has recused herself. Here is further proof of Chief McFadden taking me out. I filmed him jerking/freezing my screen while I was on line. He does this almost every time I am on for years. The next shows CMP accessing my electricity (have the smart meter too). I had another video where i was working on a document offline and same thing, jerking and freezing. That sd card card was in the camera that the security thugs at the Bangor Darlings Waterfront Eric Church concert. Any of the collars I've outed in Maine could have been there. Someone saw me dancing in the front, on the side by the beer hut. I dance well and was the only one dancing in that area. Highly visible for the orders to get me.

I believe there may be recording in this tracker on my ankle. It is very scary. 2 cops came on St. Pat's, claiming they were getting reading that something was wrong with my tracker. A lie. John was there too. Please tell me that this is enough to get the tracker off and hopefully the alcohol and happy weed.

Thank you so much for reaching out. It's been obvious to me for a number of years that your mom is suffering from untreated mental illness. There are a couple of things that prevent me from being an effective part in addressing those issues for her. First and foremost, it's my strong opinion that your mother would not be willing to seek treatment voluntarily. I have engaged her in conversation a few years ago when she would actually speak with me, and she was highly offended that I was even suggesting she should try speaking with someone. I may be wrong, but there's nothing she's done or said in the last 5 years that I've known her, which would indicate that I am wrong. Second absent her agreeing to accept help, we would be forced to take her into protective custody involuntarily in order to have a physiological evaluation done. In order for me to do this I would first have to determine she is a danger to herself or someone else. At this time I don't feel I can argue effectively that she presents an actual danger to herself or others. She's created considerable inconvenience to a number of people but she has also been very careful not to overtly threaten them. I have a tremendous amount of experience dealing with individuals suffering from mental illness, and although your mother is struggling she simply isn't going to meet the criteria for involuntary hospitalization in the typical way. Ultimately however, it's my strong belief that hospitalization is exactly what your mother needs. 

I would agree that your mother's condition has deteriorated in the last several months. She's made numerous comments recently about her alcohol consumption, and I'm left to wonder if the addition of regular drinking is in some way contributing to the decline we're both noticing in her behavior, having no idea if this is a new development or not it's hard to say how much of an affect if any her drinking is having on the situation though.

This situation is not a typical one. Unfortunately the people who are best positioned to help your mother are the very people she's convinced are evil and out to get her. I know this is part of her mental illness and I personally take no offense to the things she says because of that. But my fear is that she simply won't trust me nor any of the officers here. She's also convinced the hospital along with the doctors and administrators of it are corrupt as well. 

Honestly in evaluating the entire situation I believe her family (you and your brother) may be the best people at this time to get her the help she needs. I would suggest speaking with someone at Maine Behavioral Healthcare (207-338-2295) to see what options are there for you. I'm more than happy to assist you in whatever way you think I might be able to. It might be beneficial for you to mention that I'd be more than happy to talk with any of the case workers who you speak with at MBH, sometimes it makes a difference if they understand the background and type of behavior we're seeing from a public safety point of view.

You have not responded to your corrupt Judicial system. Today Judge Murray joins the corrupt. He would not hear me, refused to tell me why Judge Mathews would not allow me to be heard on 2 not guilty plea's that would be automatically dismissed. Mathews said this hearing on 12/8/2018 was not the time to request a dismissal. He said this combined Dispostional Hearing would be my time to be heard. Not. My choice is a trial by Judge or jury or to plead guilty to nothing and pay fines. After I badgered him about my dismissal letter he said he has it and I have 24 hours to fill a motion to dismiss that he already has and said he read.

The clerks were equally difficult in trying not to answer what court form I needed to file a motion of dismissal for the dismissal letter I gave them yesterday. Brooke finally said that they do not have such a form. I said that I will write on a paper with the dismissal letter of corupt Judge Worth, Fields, Mathews and dodger Murray.

I was forced to choose the decider of this stupid trial. No Judge, no way. Jury All The Way if not dismissed. If you do not advise of the proper procedure to file a motion of dismissal then this will confirm that my writing that this letter is the motion for dismissal is proper procedure.

I was not allowed to video my conversations with the clerk as I have always done, in full cooperation with the clerks and security. Except for Colonel or something Dudley. The head security guy. He came yelling at me, trying to stop my conversation with the clerks, telling me I cannot video this conversation. I know I can't video in the courtroom but NO ONE has ever told me I can't video in the clerk area and many are in the video. On many different visits. I asked Dudley if he was going to yell at me today, he said he didn't yell. That I am the rude one. Nice.

This email will serve at the motion cover for dismissal of all charges since all are false. Belfast Police Chief McFadden refused to issue a cease harassment notice that I filed on 9/1/2016 with 4 months of hate and terror crimes to myself and property by all entities of 23 Seaview Terrace. I have included my statement form. McFadden wasted no time issuing false notices to me from 23 Seaview Terrace on an unavailable video of a worker taping my voice using curse words. And arrested me into the pokey. This same worker came yesterday, trespassed, dumped the snow from 23 onto my property and spewed more hate and terror doe at least the 15th time.. DISMISS ALL CHARGES AGAINST LAURIE ALLEN PER ENDLESS VIOLATION OF THE MAINE CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT.


Against Maine District Court Judge Worth, Judge Fields, and Judge Mathews violating Maine Code Of Judicial Conduct for 4 rules below at minimum.

Violations began with Judge Worth in 2012, dismissing open and shut small claims courts against J&B Autobody and Joseph Samsel, costing me over 7 thousand dollars in loss.

Judge Fields did not dismiss the original hearing in small claims court against Joseph Samsel. Samsel did not appear in court for the hearing and Judge Fields would not award my claim. He dismissed the emails provided where Joe writes several times that he will pay my back 6k and then states he does not owe me anything. I had my original sealed divorce decree but Fields would not accept that. He order me to pay for another seal decree through the courts in New Brunswick, NJ. He rescheduled my hearing. Judge Worth was next. They allowed for Joe to call in where he did not deny that he owed me the money. Judge Worth had all my personal information that was not necessary for the award. She would not decide that day and sent a letter stating that she dismissed it because the email was not good enough. Emails provided are below.

Judge Mathews on 12/8/17, would not allow to be heard to dismiss due to illegal/falsfied cease harassment notice, summon and arrest. I am told buy Brooke (court clerk) that Judge Mathews entered a not guilty plea for me for another slew of illegal/false cease harassment notices that were thrown at me when they incarcerated me and terrorized me at my home. That hearing was to be on 12/22/2017.

Judge Mathews said both hearings would be heard on 1/9/2018 where I could request dismissal. He advised me to speak to attorney Fetke. I did. Fetke would not hear me. I forced him to look at the summons that I did not sign, told him that all refuse to give me the original signed cease harassment notices, in the discovery where they arrested me for a video that is not available...
Telling me that they would give me copies but never did. Fetke said he had others waiting. I looked and said no you don’t. He asked me if I wanted to hire him. I said no. He was done with me.

I received a letter from the State of Maine, dated 12/12/2017, stating a vague dispositional conference for harassment. Brooke told me it was for both hearings. I said it can’t be. I haven’t pleaded not guilty and dismiss on the 12/22/2017 hearing. She said “they” entered a not guilty for me. This hearing would be on a no court hearings day on 1/9/2018.

I called the court today and spoke with Michelle. She said I am on the docket for tomorrow at 8:30 am and the dispositional conference at the same time at 8:30 am. I had told Brooke that this is what would happen. Order me to be at both in different places at the same time.

I will be arrested and taken to Wiscasset for missing one of them. Michelle began spinning another tale about what would happen tomorrow and I said I am bringing down violations today. I said I will be fucked and hung up.

This is not even a drop in the corruption that I have documented for 7 years, first hand.

PLEASE DISMISS ALL CHARGES TODAY.

Like you were able to increase her account, I guess you can request that $500

I don't have  6k 2k 1k, and  I'm barely keeping up with bills, Megan's college cost, car payments insurances, mortgage, etc., etc., etc.   I don't owe you 6k or anything for making bad financial decisions. That was your decision. Tell them/Bangor to work out a payment schedule 40 %  you and 60 % me.

I don't owe you anything! You chose to make poor financial decisions and to give your a teenager and unlimited credit card that was your decision not mine.  I advised you against doing it, but you didn't want to listen. You continue to make bad financial decisions and continue to want me to pay for your mistakes.

Why is he getting braces? He had braces!  He should have worn his retainer! The same thing will just keep happening if he doesn't and you know he wont! They can't keep loosening his teeth that is  not good for him and his teeth!

You tell Michael that you are putting Zax down as he is leaving for school. You put him through hell all weekend- he missed school Friday and Monday. There is no way someone can continually hurt children that is stable. Refusing to pay back the money you stole is a direct hit to Michael. Placing more stress on him as he tries to prepare college, his health, his future. You should be giving him all the support you can. You should be head over heals at his achievements and character. He dies for your love and support. Neglected/abused child 101 psychology. Think how he would be flying if he didn't have to be caught in the middle of your refusal to do the minimum. He asks NOTHING of you. It makes him sick to discuss any help from you. He loves you unconditionally. He is very special. You have full power to hurt him. Too weak and afraid to start the honorable process to be accountable. Nothing would make Michael prouder. Every day you have a chance to stand up.

I can't even bear to think how you will hurt him with college. Crying you can't afford anything while you can.  Your parents gave you all they could. I am sorry that you are ill but your job and court ordered support holds you to do that minimum for the children. With college, you have benefited from my poverty and yet you still keep hurting the kids.

The oral surgeon Michael is seeing is in network. The removal of wisdom teeth is covered 100% and the SARPE will be determined.

1. The Copay for the exam is $50. Please send a check.

2. Zax- you must agree to pay all his expenses- food, vet, etc. Megan was supposed to be watching the growth on his eye. If it has grown that will require medical treatment. If he gets ill with any disease- you must pay all the bills. I will not charge for  his care.

3. 6500 was stolen by you in 7/2013 from me. No payments received no agreement to wait until hell freezes over. 19 months over due with 5% simple month interest brings it to $17,091.33

CANON 2 A JUDGE SHALL PERFORM THE DUTIES OF JUDICIAL OFFICE IMPARTIALLY, COMPETENTLY, AND DILIGENTLY. RULE

RULE 2.1 Giving Precedence to the Duties of Judicial Office The duties of judicial office, as prescribed by law, shall take precedence over all of a judge’s personal and extrajudicial activities.

RULE 2.2 Impartiality and Fairness; Upholding the Law A judge shall uphold and apply the law, and shall perform all judicial and administrative duties promptly, fairly, and competently. An error of law in a judicial decision, whether recognized on appeal or not, shall not constitute a violation of this Code unless the judge’s action demonstrates willful or repeated disregard of explicit requirements of the law

RULE 2.3 Bias, Prejudice, and Harassment (A) A judge shall perform the duties of judicial office, including administrative duties, without bias or prejudice. (B) A judge shall not, in the performance of judicial duties, by words or conduct manifest bias or prejudice for or against an individual or a party, or engage in harassment, including but not limited to bias, prejudice, or harassment based upon, race, sex, gender, gender identity, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, marital status, socioeconomic status, or political affiliation, and shall not permit court staff, court officials, or others, while subject to the judge’s direction and control, to do so. (C) A judge shall require lawyers in proceedings before the court to refrain from manifesting bias or prejudice, or engaging in harassment, based upon attributes including but not limited to race, sex, gender, gender identity, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, marital status, socioeconomic status, or political affiliation against parties, witnesses, lawyers, court staff, or others. RULE 2.4 External Influences on Judicial Conduct (A) A judge shall not be swayed by public clamor or fear of criticism. (B) A judge shall not permit family, social, political, financial, or other interests or relationships to influence the judge’s judicial conduct or judgment.

RULE 2.5 Competence, Diligence, and Cooperation (A) A judge shall perform judicial and administrative duties competently and diligently. (B) A judge shall cooperate with other judges in the administration of court business.

RULE 2.6 Ensuring the Right to Be Heard (A) A judge shall accord to every person who has a legal interest in a proceeding, or that person’s lawyer, the right to be heard according to law. (B) A judge may encourage parties to a proceeding and their lawyers to settle matters in dispute but shall not act in a manner that forces any party to settle. A judge may participate in case management conferences, judicial settlement conferences, and dispositional conferences, and such participation alone does not disqualify the judge from participating in later adjudicatory proceedings. (C) A judge may take affirmative steps, consistent with the law, as the judge deems appropriate to enable an unrepresented litigant to be heard. A judge may explain the requirements of applicable rules and statutes so that a person appearing before the judge understands the process to be employed. A judge may also inform unrepresented individuals of free or reduced cost legal or other assistance that is available in the courthouse or elsewhere.

Rule 2.6 should be regarded as providing continuing ethical guidance for judges participating in case management and settlement discussions, and for judges providing appropriate support for unrepresented litigants to assure that the goals of fairness and equal access to the judicial process are supported.

RULE 2.7 Responsibility to Decide A judge shall hear and decide matters except when disqualification or recusal is required.

RULE 2.11 Disqualification or Recusal (A) A judge shall disqualify or recuse himself or herself in any proceeding in which the judge’s impartiality might reasonably be questioned, including but not limited to the following circumstances: (1) The judge has a personal bias or prejudice concerning a party or a party’s lawyer, or the judge has personal knowledge of facts that are in dispute in the proceeding when the personal knowledge that would form the basis for disqualification has been gained outside the regular course of present or prior judicial proceedings. (2) The judge knows that the judge, individually or as a fiduciary, the judge’s spouse, domestic partner, a person within the third degree of relationship to either of them, or any other member of the judge’s family residing in the judge’s household (a) Is a party to the proceeding, or an officer, director, general partner, managing member, or trustee of a party; (b) Is acting as a lawyer in the proceeding; (c) Is a person who has more than a de minimis interest that could be substantially affected by the proceeding; or (d) Is likely to be a material witness in the proceeding.

CANON 3 A judge shall conduct the judge’s personal and extrajudicial activities to minimize the risk of conflict with the obligations of judicial office.

RULE 3.1 Extrajudicial Activities in General A judge may engage in extrajudicial activities, except as prohibited by law or this Code. However, when engaging in extrajudicial activities, a judge shall not (A) Participate in activities that will interfere with the proper performance of the judge’s judicial duties; (B) Participate in activities that will lead to frequent disqualification of the judge; (C) Participate in activities that would appear to a reasonable person to undermine the judge’s independence, integrity, or impartiality; (D) Engage in conduct that would appear to a reasonable person to be coercive; (E) Make use of court premises, staff, stationery, equipment, or other resources, except for incidental use and for activities that concern the law, the legal system, or the administration of justice, or unless such additional use is permitted by law; or (F) Demean the judicial office
