David Sinclair,

Upon checking the map, I see Hancock County is the abutting county to Waldo County. As you stated, the venue can only be motioned to an abutting County. Your suggestion to move it to Knox County is not my choice. Furthermore, you told me to write the names of the Judges that I have issue with. The ONLY Judge that I have proven many times that has issues is Judge Patricia Worth. I told you that I want her on the bench to be accountable but you told me that she has recused herself. Run Patty Run. Sad. Below is the revised motion.

1. Motion to move venue to Hancock County.

                  2. Motion to challenge Title 15 evaluation. Re docket CR18139.
         
                   3. Motion for Maine to pay for all transcripts for CR17839 and CR17862.
           
                   4. Motion to dismiss CR17839 and CR17862.

I gave you are the original CR dockets weeks ago. I do not have any copies. Please copy and email them to me as soon as possible.
