The competency hearing was on 7/1/21. You will not have the closing argument draft for my review until Friday, 7/16/21. It is due to Judge Robert Murray on Monday, 7/19/21.
This is very concerning if your draft does not reflect your excellent defense on 7/1/21 and the inclusion of my two emails from 7/8/21 below.
I am not safe to travel for several reasons and ask that the draft be delivered to my home tomorrow, Wednesday for approval. Leaving time for final draft on Thursday, for my final signature on the original and 3 copies for my records please.
My motions to dismiss the fabricated charges through the misconduct of ADA Entwisle were to be heard on 7/1/21. Again, I was not heard. Many months old motions to transfer venue to Knox County, transfer for a new parole officer and probation to Knox County have not been scheduled, buried.
Attorney's motions are heard immediately but you would not do my motions to dismiss because you "believe" there is "probable cause". Then you motioned to get my medical records from Acadia against my refusal.
I don't hide anything but fabrication of records and charges is a constant by law enforcement, attorneys, Dr.'s, medical facilities and staff, community and neighbors. Proven and documented 11 years and counting. As proven currently in this thread with hacking and attempts by PO Lori Lamma to interfere with my probation therapy to fabricate another violation of parole that had been 2 long years of constant entrapment attempts.
She has yet to confirm that my $250 payment, already cleared by Corrections in Augusta, is all I owe by 9/18/21 when 2 years is up.
Dr. Donald Lombardi is a very powerful drug rapist with military officer accommodations as the youngest during his 20's. Just before drug raping me in 1981 as my professor at Middlesex County College. He has global ties to drug rape students in too many universities and colleges, currently at the renowned, Steven's Institute, Hoboken NJ. Author and instructor of over 150 text books for healthcare management.
MaineHealth announcing in 2011 that they were proud to be colluding with the Department of Defense on MaineHealth's website. I had yet to connect Lombardi as a drug rapist until Bill Cosby was charged, and then I knew.
Who would do such a sick act? Serial rapists. I looked Lombardi up and was sickened by his power and 40 years of drug raping to ? I feared for my children if I posted what Dr. Donald Lombardi did to me. I couldn't live with myself knowing has drug raped so many and has a system of more.
Since going public in 2014, the system has been relentless to silence me and destroy the little I have. I keep telling. It's my only defense.
The system protects Dr. Donald Lombardi as ADA Entwisle ignored my witness statement of being drug raped in Freehold, NJ, 1981. Filed with Chief Lincoln at the Belfast Police Department, 6/9/2020. My mom's birthday. NJ does not have a statute of limitations for rape.
Stopping me from pressing charges in NJ by fabricating disorderly conduct charges with my neighbor, David and Linda Smith, a week later, in my home. No evidence. Never happened. And again by them. In my home again. No evidence, never happened.
Then, more fabrication from neighbors Ned Lightner (Belfast City Hall videographer and was a friend from Bayside, Me. 1970's till Seaview Terror flooding 2011. Backstabbing began then) Rose Costello, daughter and Ned's partner, Kathy Kearns, Marcia Cooper, Sarah and Kyle Cole, Penny Rae Cameron, Mark Rae, Kayla LaCoombs, Terri LaCoombs, MPBN VP Charles Beck and even more. It's heartbreaking and frightening to step out of my broken front door. Sgt. Fitzpatrick broke it down to come at me with rage, hate and his loaded gun, pointed at small, innocent me. No reason. System power. I am still under arrest since. Buying time to get any evidence. I am law abiding and innocent.
For telling the wrong I witness and attacks against me and mine. Diminish the voice of rape and rights. Jail her, drug her, hospitalize her, take her property, take her internet, shackle her, track her, steal from her home, vandalize her truck, boat, trailer, flood her property, overcharge her, don't service her, what ever can be done to break her. I comply and tell. No prior record of my 60 years in stepping in to say, "Hey, you can't do that." I help.
The best therapy is talking. Who talks more than me? How can so many enable system rape 4 profit? Reverse it. Stop raping us.
My fabricated record should be cleared. Dr. Donald Lombardi should be charged with drug raping me. Buy me out, compensate, do the right thing. Please Governor Janet Mills.

Please include the true reason for ADA Entwisle's insistence for the evaluation is that he does not have the 3 burdens of evidence to find me guilty of disorderly conducts and violating parole.
History dictates his misuse of the evaluation for his fabricated harassment charges against me, in dockets (list numbers) from 2017-2019. He later motioned for a title 15 and Judge Robert Murray denied the evaluation because I had won the protection order against Mark Rae, pro Se.
At the bench trial day, ADA Entwisle conferenced with me first. Attempting to get me to plea deal. I refused. He then dismissed the harassment charges.
It would be a violation of my rights to a fair bench trial and rights to face my accusers. He does not have evidence because I am innocent.

Just as happened today with Lori.Lori said with COVID restrictions lifted, I could drive to Bangor for therapy. I said I didn't feel safe with that because I was not vaccinated and that I saw on the Belfast Police Blotter on 9/25/20 that I was arrested for parole violation in BANGOR.I had not even left Belfast for at least 6 months prior 9/25/2020. As stated many times, Officer Megan Trubuzio kept trying to lure me out of my house to arrest me for this fabricated violation that I already saw on the Blotter. I told her again and again to get a warrant. Hours later, Sgt. Fitzpatrick was at my door, busting it down at gunpoint. No warrant, no violation and still under arrest.As ADA Entwisle tries for a title 15 to declare me incompetent to stand bench trial because the charges are fabricated, he is unable to present the burden of proof evidence again.He tried to do that from 2017-2019 with fabricated harassment charges from neighbor Mark Rae.
