PO Lori Lamma,

I wanted to confirm our check via phone today. I called you at 11:44 am today because you had not called for the 11:30 am appt.

Our call was hacked several times where you could not hear me but I could hear you. You called back several times and the last call did not get hacked.

I have informed you many times that this happens with calls to the DA's office, the Court House, Acadia Hillary Stewart and other important calls. It does not happen with ordinary personal calls.

In the past, I had asked you to allow me to receive my probation therapy calls from Hillary in a Belfast government office or a medical office. I did not want any problems with claims that I was violating parole through these hacked calls. You said I could not do that.

This also happened in Knox County jail with my phone calls. The jail refused to let me make one call from the desk. I wrote slip after slip for permission. Money was in my account, the code worked but the other party could not hear me after hello, and a few words. Just as happened today with Lori.

Lori said with COVID restrictions lifted, I could drive to Bangor for therapy. I said I didn't feel safe with that because I was not vaccinated and that I saw on the Belfast Police Blotter on 9/25/20 that I was arrested for parole violation in BANGOR.

I had not even left Belfast for at least 6 months prior 9/25/2020. As stated many times, Officer Megan Trubuzio kept trying to lure me out of my house to arrest me for this fabricated violation that I already saw on the Blotter. I told her again and again to get a warrant. Hours later, Sgt. Fitzpatrick was at my door, busting it down at gunpoint. No warrant, no violation and still under arrest.

As ADA Entwisle tries for a title 15 to declare me incompetent to stand bench trial because the charges are fabricated, he is unable to present the burden of proof evidence again.

He tried to do that from 2017-2019 with fabricated harassment charges from neighbor Mark Rae. No evidence and Judge Robert Murray dismissed the title 15 forensic psych eval that ADA Entwisle tried to get before that bench trial.

Judge Robert Murray dismissed the title 15 forensic psych eval. because I had just won a protection order against Mark Rae, pro Se. Rae was harassing, criminally trespassing, vandalizing, committing thefts of and on my property and person. Judge Sparaco awarded protection. Rae lost his appeal as well.

The day of the bench trial, 10/31/2019, ADA Entwisle tried to get a plea deal out of me. I refused. Innocent. He dropped the charges. No bench trial. No compensation. More abusive fabrication and court manipulation instead. To date as my probation is over on 9/18/21.

I am not in violation of parole. Proven.

Lori said she will call her contact at Corrections in Augusta to ask them to cash the $250 money order payable to Department of Corrections (info below).

I advised Lori that I called Corrections, Augusta, 287-4340 and a recording said to leave a message. I gave all the information below and sent a message of the same on their Facebook page, Department of Corrections.

No one has responded. I go above and beyond. Document and report. Complying always.

Innocent,
Laurie Allen
