Dear Clooney Foundation for Justice and Governor Janet Mills,
This forced court appointed back up attorney by Judge Robert Murray, Logan Perkins is working against me. Just as the other 3 court appoints, Tom Shehan, Lisa Whittier, and David Sinclair did.
I am still pro Se and her interference is robbing my rights. She just left a message stating that her subpoena for my medical records with my court ordered therapist, will "most likely" not reach the court in time for the competency hearing on 7/1/21! I refused to give permission to her for release of those records, so she denied my rights and did a subpoena just last week.
I have nothing to hide and she is aiding the State. For all the facts of abuse of power I present continually for 11 years, I fear for my life every second in the State of Maine.
Judge Robert Murray made me a felon on 8/19/19 for saying "Thanks for being my target." to Belfast City Council, Planner, and Manager that was just a flippant remark on a video on my YouTube account of my hand only. No weapons, freedom of speech and not sent to anyone. Filmed in 10/2017, uploaded in 1/2018, brutally arrested on 2/21/2018. Terrorizing with a dangerous weapon. 25k bail with no prior record. To keep in Two Bridges to be silenced for ever. Proven.
My probation is up on 9/18/21 but these tactics to stop my freedom to get the hell out of State of Maine are inhumane and life threatening. I will not leave my house even if the house arrest is lifted.
Sgt. Fitzpatrick broke my door down and pointed a loaded gun at me while full of rage and hate. I violated nothing and was alone at home with my 19 yr. old beagle.
No warrant, and would have shot my dog if he tried to protect me. I would have been next. Nine months ago and I am still under arrest as the State and Judiciary manipulate every moment of my upstanding 60 years of law abiding life.
Please let me go free. Drugging me again is inhumane. Dr. Donald Lombardi drug raped me. Then, VP of MPBN, my neighbor, Charles Beck, across the street at 18 Seaview Terrace, helped police cuff and kidnap me into an illegal, 2 month involuntary psychiatric holding and forced drugging of risperidone, Seroquel, and what ever they wanted. I do not have a mental illness and was not in crisis. I was uncovering a system rape ring from Maine to NJ, Dr. Donald Lombardi.
MaineHealth WCGH Dr. Briton and Judge Walker signed the blue sheet stating I was in crisis with an undiagnosed mental illness. Dr. Briton did not see me, I don't know who he is. I wasn't given any information, I wouldn't see this blue sheet until weeks later.
They held me in MaineHealth Waldo County General Hospital from 1/8/2019 till 1/10/2019. Under guard, 24/7, staff continuously trying to force me to sign forms for psychiatric treatment. Insulting me and using mental abuse tactics to weaken me. Especially Dr. Drake. I call him Dr. Dread. Staff trying not to laugh.
After 2 days, no shower given, I thought my dogs were put down, I was cuffed again and taken away. After almost 2 hours, the Sheriff's Officer dropped me at MaineHealth Spring Harbor Acute Psychiatric Hospital in Westbrook.
They took my gold ankle bracelet and never gave it back. List. The mental abuse was worse. Dr. Kirby and staff kept trying to force me to take Risperidone, for schizophrenia! They gave me tainted tea that I witnessed and I drank it. Soon after, I was vomiting for hours.
They wouldn't let me go to the cafeteria with the patients to choose my food. I went on a hunger strike. Four days, I was skeletal. Dr. Kirby and staff didn't care and kept trying to force Risperidone. On the 5th morning, I grabbed a tray of food that was meant for another and scoffed it down. I was now allowed to the cafeteria but never outside for the month they held me.
I still didn't have any documents for intake and read my rights on the wall. I should have received documents at intake at Waldo County General Hospital and Spring Harbor, MaineHealth Hells. I made a sign protesting denial of my rights and of being kidnapped.
I sat with my sign for 2 days at the nurses station and I got my damn blue sheet document. A Dr. James Ray signed for my intake at Spring Harbor. Stating he examined me, undiagnosed mental illness. I never met him or was examined by any doctor.
I called 911 to report my kidnapping. I was punished, phone calls only under supervision and treated even worse. It was traumatic there. These clients were mostly repeat customers for suicide. Therapy was almost non-existent. They colored all the time. TV on and lots of medication.
On 1/28/2019, via video, Judge Mary Kelly ordered drugging me. No mental illness, to cause depression, suicidal ideation, and tardive dyskinesia.
A few days later, I was transferred, cuffed and shackled, with ankle monitor on since 3/2/2018, to Riverview State Psychiatric Hospital. To a floor of near zombies from medication. Staff was nice. Not LPN Sarah Street Taylor. After 10 minutes she decided I was bipolar and changed the drugging to Seroquel. She kept upping the dosage, 100 to 200 to 300. By 300, I was almost a zombie but fought to keep active through exercise and limiting calories. Weight was gaining from meds and sleeping.
Staff loved me. They couldn't understand why I was there. Clearly, I did not have mental illness. I didn't explain the corruption, I was sick of telling it and had fun conversations instead.
After a few weeks, Sarah Street Taylor said I had persecutory? delusion. She was following orders. We never even had a session together. I called her out on it too. She didn't like that.
On 3/8/19, I was dumped at my home and a 3 ft wall of ice across my driveway. Belfast Public works enjoys turning the load of snow into my driveway since 2012.
My dogs were alive and at the window. I was overwhelmed, drugged to depression, and stayed in bed with them.Cable and internet were hacked from me long before. I slept a lot. I thought I had to keep taking the drugs. I did for another month or so before I learned that I didn't have to. They had me in bad shape.
It took many months for me to rebound. By summer, most of the drugging was out of my brain. Officer Frank Gormley kept harassing me every week. Banging on my door with a Sweester Crisis Supervisor. If I was sleeping or in the shower, he would bang, yell, open my fence to get to my back door, scaring the hell out of me.
I asked him to call before he came so I would be available. He said he would but never did. I was also checking in every Tuesday at Waldo Corrections for pretrial appts. with case manager Rick Otto.
All this for law abiding me. The bill for the illegal involuntary psychiatric holding for 2 months was over 30k. To taxpayers.
Real Estate agents won't list my house. I put it up for sale by owner again last summer, 2020. A deal, 200k as is. Charles Beck was at it again. He said his sister in Texas was interested. He wanted to come in and take video and pictures. Ok. He took many but his battery died. He said he would come over the next morning to finish.
I told him that I was going to contact Blair Einstein (friend from Bayside since 1970 and a real estate agent) to do the closing. Charles said he could do it and save me money. I said no thanks. I didn't trust him for good reasons.
The next morning, I knocked on his door at 9am. He said he had to get dressed and would be over. I sat on his steps and waited instead. I could hear him talking and talking on the phone but couldn't hear what about. After he hug up, I waited over 30 minutes and knocked, calling his name. He ignored me. Then I knew. He never explained or apoligized. If I had agreed to let him do the closing, would I have been homeless?
I wish I would never have to see him or the other fabricating neighbors again but I can't leave or sell.
I am being kept here against my rights. By the State of Maine. I never thought all this could happen in America. Please free me Governor Mills. I am not a threat, I have proved it all with documentation.
I don't deserve any of this. I did everything right and had to push back hard, loud and tough. As females must against those that won't take NO! Or take what they do to us. I say no. Leave me and mine alone. Buy me out, let me live, let me leave. Please. Don't force drug me.

1. Another attempt by the State of Maine to entrap and jail. Detective Greeley writes below that I can leave house arrest (since 10/15/20) anytime I want for food, no approval needed.
2. On my 4/9/21 bail bond contract when the trackher cancer shackle was removed (on since 10/15/21 this time. 525 days on from 2018), it states "abide by the following restrictions on personal associations, place of abode, or travel: House arrest except for legal and medical appts. and forensic eval."
3. As history dictates, I knew entrapment and have not left my home for food.
4. On Thursday, 7/1/21, at 1pm is my hearing for my motions to dismiss fabricated charges by ADA Entwisle and his competency hearing to be used to declare me incompetent for his admission to fabrication by drooping the charges at the bench trial. As he did to me from 10/2017-10/2019, false arrests and police abuse of power (color of blue is the legal term) with connected neighbors to terrorize, commit thefts, destruction to property, on and on, with mob mentality.
Belfast PD refused to take my reports of theft, harassment, vandalism, trespass and fabricated criminal trespass and harassment against me on my own property that #23 Seaview Terrace ((Penny Rae Cameron and family, "friends of Judge Patty Worth) was stealing 15 ft x 40ft of my property for the needed 15 ft. side setback needed to build on that illegal lot. With Belfast Police, Sheriff and State ADA Entwisle protection.
That lot was never subdivided after Dr. Caswell (original owner of my lot, #17 and what would become #23) built a garage with cement foundation on the boundary line between the 2 lots. Making it one lot. #17. After his death, the sons could not subdivide the lot because the garage was not in zoning compliance with the then, 20 ft side setback.
They drove an illegal stake where the eventual 15 ft needed, would be. Illegally making 2 lots. With Belfast City Hall officials and City Attorney Bill Kelly hush and deny. On top of force flooding Seaview Terrace illegally with City runoff from miles and miles outside of Seaview Terrace. My number one when looking at properties in 2009-2010:was NO Water Issues. 9 months after purchase, no water, disclosed even with property inspection by DJ Brown, flooding, erosion hell. Spring melt, 4/2011, torrent rapids tearing through my tiny backyard for 2 weeks. Leaving a 4 ft deep by 12 ft wide by 125 ft long ravine. Belfast officials and their system thought they could stop me from proving corruption. Then growing to horrors I witness to date, 11 years later. I keep telling.
Protecting rape 4 profit is fact. I am proof. ADA Entwisle dropped the 2 years of harassment charges at the bench trial with Judge Robert Murray when I refused to plea down on 10/31/2019.
5. On 6/9/2020 I filed a drug rape report when I was drug raped by Dr. Donald Lombardi with Chief Lincoln at the Belfast Police Department.
6. Within 2 weeks of that report, ADA Entwisle charged me with disorderly conduct, fabricated with my neighbors. They haven't stopped trying to entrap me since. 2 more terrorizing jailings, Sgt. Fitzpatrick breaking my door down at gunpoint on 9/25/20, no warrant, no violations. To silence me again.
That was meant to break me. For proving system rape and corruption. First hand. I did it. All know it. I am competent and all know it.
7. I reinstated my insurance on my 2005 F150, plates Joi Z. It is registered and inspected until 8/2021. I will be driving it to Waldo Judiciary Court, 11 Market St, Belfast, Maine on Thursday, 7/1)21 for the 1 pm hearing. My beagle, Gordon will be home alone and traumatized. Please don't take me away from him.

Please advise today of the procedure to transfer a prisoner under house arrest to court hearings. I took my truck off the road since being under arrest since 9/25/20. I tried starting it but it won't start. I fear driving it at all in case it breaks down. Nails have been driven into my tires previously. They have been plugged but continue to lose air. My back up camera was also ripped off in Belfast.
Will you or another law enforcement agent transfer me to court on Wednesday, 7/1/21 for the 1 pm competency hearing? I have no one to take me. You know I am less than 2 miles away and under arrest. Please, I want to arrive to court safely on time.
