If media did investigative reporting in Belfast, the corruption would have been curtailed. I saw the corruption immediately upon my first to Belfast City Hall with Belfast City Planner Wayne Marshall in 4/2011. 10 months after I was sold an undisclosed City Hall water slaughter hell, whens wild rapids tore through Seaview Terrace private properties 4/2011 for a week.
Immediately, City Planner Wayne Marshall slammed all doors shut. With all officials and players following suit to decades of well rehearsed corruption, manipulation, intimidation, alienation, discrimination, any and all tactics to break me into corruption compliance.
Local reporters know that there was never a natural outlet through Seaview Terrace. In fact, with Belfast City Hall removing and/or with holding all information and documents to the history of Seaview Terrace and storm drainage maps, Ethan Andrews reporter for the local paper- The Republican Journal knew that City Manager Joe Slocum was lying when Slocum stated that a 100 year old natural stream ran through my backyard. Ethan knew Slocum was with holding public documents and information. Ethan refused to request documents proving that the City was illegally force flooding private properties with no rights of ways, easements, or any concern at all. Ethan told me that the a road ran through here from the developer's other property, McCleod's Trailer Park on Lower Congress St. prior to the development of Seaview Terrace in 1965.
Yet, the reporters protect Belfast corruption. Implicated by the Belfast Mobstah Lobstah's. Including the Bangor Daily News, The Republican Journal, The Free Press. WABI, WLBZ, WERU, any and all- I've been relentless in contacting all. An absolute disgrace to all.
6/30/2015 - Clearly, Belfast corrupt have been biting at the bit with my (auntiebully) comments. BDN allows posts with bullying, many personal to me. Seems the Belfast 1% found a loophole for BDN to delete comments where I link my blog. After checking my comments, this comment was the last one of years of linking my blog to comments. It proves that all comments with a link to me blog were deleted. Now, I can't even post- my comments go to editor review first. The editor refuses to respond to my requests for explanation of deletes. I copied those deletes below. Corruption sympathizers.
White Collar Coward Thugs Too- hiding behind the City Attorney and Belfast PD. I clawed and crawled to relocate from abuse with my children, put it all on the line. Only to have Belfast real estate agents and City Hall beat me and kick me non stop for the last 4 years for uncovering their corruption. BPD resorting to trying to shame me as a mother for protesting the corruption and embarrassing my now almost 17 and 21 yr. old children. The Chief and an Officer came to my house 1 month ago, to interview me for my stability. When I didn't falter, the Chief launched into the bad Mom verse, telling me as a parent, he would seriously think about a different job if his kids were concerned for him. Seriously. After a City Council meeting, a few months ago- an officer followed me out and gave me the same "conversation" The Mayor cut me off at the last meeting at open to the public. I am the only one who gets a 3 minute time limit to speak, this time they didn't even give me that.
The owners of Front Street Shipyard were there. Talk about irony- JB Turner, president of FSS- began proposing the blighted area as a shipyard to City Council at the very same meetings where I went public in November 2011 after 8 months of rabbit hole torture trying to get public information locked up in the City Planners office. Begging City Hall to save Seaview Terrace, a flood plain, flood zone A, from their forced water slaughter beginning in 1968 to present day. 4 years later- I've been kicked, robbed, rights denied, sewers denied and Front Street Shipyard is flying high. Merger of Pen Bay and Waldo County healthcare boards to require state OK
City Attorney Bill Kelly has sent many unethical letters to intimidate me, they try to stop me from speaking at City Council meetings (over 50), alienate me from the community with slander, then began having a police guard for me after I kept coming to meetings, City Council called me in as a threat to the Chief of Police, I had to go into the station for an interview and was cleared. An officer followed me outside after a meeting to "talk" to me and tried to convince me to step back, I said no, then he tried to shame me as a mother and I left. Another time the Chief and the same officer came to my house to "talk" to me. I invited them in. They had a tip that I was unstable and came to interview me. When I didn't cave, the Chief then tried to shame me as mother. Told him we're done and my kids are off limits.
I protest with signs all over, Chuckie, Olympia Snowe and George Mitchell- I was front and center when they came to Belfast. I tried Angus King, FBI, Hilary, Obama, Elizabeth Warren even Bill Maher when he came to Portland. JB Turner, FSS in almost every meeting I spoke at and sometimes with the FSS owners. They could care less- taking property taxes and targeted residents denied basic infrastructure and services.
The corruption is enormous and so easy to prove if others would stand up. City Hall tries and tries to get me into a legal battle but I know they will bury me and silence me. The attorneys spin and win regardless, as does City Hall. Tax payers foot the bill. And if Judge Patricia Worth is ruling, forget about it, no matter how much you prove. I had first hand experience with her in small claims and then googled her and saw a history of corrupt rulings. Her husband? John Worth III is on the WCGH Board of Directors with JB.
I've got 6-7 blogs of rhetoric corruption, spinning me like a top and hoping I'll drop. The secret Comprehensive Plan just passed this fall echoes the TPP tactics. I have nothing left to lose. I'll keep going. Public works nailed me good this winter with snow. Targeting my driveway and face to face refusing to move snow from my property but did it for the rest of the street. You have no idea.
Kicking a 54 year old Mom from a scary marriage got out and won rarely granted relocation. 500 miles to Belfast or Bust. Belfast Agents sold me undisclosed City Hall water slaughter hell in 2010. The property inspector DJ Brown also corrupted report. Damn near broke me when that flooding tore through my yard and took 1/4 of my backyard with it in 4/2011. All City Hall doors slamming shut. I was barely holding on.
I'm stronger than ever now and will not back down. The most hated woman in downtown, possibly all town Belfast. Even child hood friends bailed on me. I summered in Bayside since 1969 and built my own year round house there in 1997 and lost it in the divorce. I know lots of people and they look the other way or are implicated themselves. Afraid or dirty. Not me. Thanks for your support though. I thought- here we go again- some else is going to try to take me down. You are one of the few- I think number two. It's shocking.

FOAA is final rabbit hole. Basic public information to Belfast City Hall and Maine DEP for final approved site plans, engineer drainage reports, conditions of compliance, zoning conditions- any and all public
documents that prove the illegal forced water slaughter to residents private properties where the City has no rights of ways, easements, etc. are corrupted and manipulated. Ditto with the DEP as they fabricate
"natural outlets" and "wetlands" on private properties to give them regulation and carte blanche approvals for drainage on sites/development to destroy private properties. AKA inverse condemnation.
The Comprehensive Plan, 20 years in the making, happening real time in Belfast. For 5 years I have uncovered massive corruption from top to bottom, government to business to real estate. It is impossible
to get public information- the City Council takes the 5th under direction from the City Attorney. The City Manager, City Planner and Code Officer claim they have given the requested documents somewhere in
the piles of files they have amassed as smokescreens. None of the files contain the document requested and the City Attorney states they will not "index" the land fill they have dumped on me claiming it is in there. Furthermore, since I continue to request the same documents that I am too stupid to know that I have been given, they are not responding to my requests for the same information anymore. That is not even the tip of the audacity and abuse to break me. My blogs are packed with the corruption and personal trauma's that the real estate agents used to make an undisclosed sale of hell.
Brenda Kielty, Ombudsmen for MFOIA at the Attorney's
General Office states they are not refusing to provide and she will not implement a field investigation. My requests for Attorney General intervention are avoided by telling me to hire legal counsel.
Belfast attempted to illegally rezone my neighborhood into a NEW zone under the Comprehensive Plan this past spring/summer. They claim they reversed it
and Seaview Terrace would not be going into the new zone of R3 Healthcare and Housing. We would be going with the rest of our old zone of R2 into the revised zone R1.
Forget about public works targeting my property on a City owned road. Scary is an understatement. I go face to face anyway. Fire and flooding to my home? Buh bye. The Fire Chief and Director of Public Works are father and son.
City Council voted in the zoning of these districts in the 10/7/2014 City Council meeting but under vague language- the actual final zoning map for districts R1 and R3 were not stated. To date the City Manager refuses to update the City website under Planning /Comprehensive Plan with the final zoning that has been in place since 10/2014 but not made public. Listings on Seaview Terrace since the vote show different zonings. One states Hlthcr another states the old zone of R2. Real estate agents refuse to commit to actual zoning, referring me to the City Manager. Joe Slocum City Manager sides steps the violation of not updating final zoning on the public website by stating he will try and get to it. He verbally states that Seaview Terrace is R1 but that he also makes many mistakes. Which he pulls out of the rabbit hole each time I prove he has corrupted ordinance and law.
My requests are also met with outrageous fees to begin researching for basic information that will never be given. Regardless of FOAA waiving charges for information that benefits the public and not just an individual or that the individual is indigent. Both apply to my basic requests and they have cost me far beyond money. The community now has a solid knowledge of the corruption and will act when it hits their doors. My
overwhelming blogs are enormous time savers for claiming back ground zero. A free gift that I gladly share.
City Council allows the corruption to be and to continue. They publicly discredit and intimidate me. I am the most hated woman in Belfast by the 1% and players.
Governor LePage and the Mrs. refuse to even speak/meet with me. I was feet away from him at the Front Street Shipyard for hours, asking him to speak to me. He ignored me and sped away after the meeting. Five years of emails and not one response or concern for the destruction of private properties that are sending me into poverty, The very podium he proclaims to eradicate domestic abuse/violence and welfare fraud. I am one of the few that made it out and he is sending me into welfare since they couldn't mentally break me as they destroy my last asset, my home and neighborhood.
Campbell may not whistle blow if he has information. His life will be ruined unless the public steps up and gives Campbell full support. Ironically, the National Guard here
in Belfast also drains all their runoff and enormous snow piles to my small yard, along with 2 miles of outside development, highway, local roads, neighborhoods- massive impervious ground and roofs. This spring melt may be it for Seaview Terrace.
EMA can't help it's the City's call. Destroy and take, pave for the new healthcare- probably McLean Mental Health- oceanside rehab that rarely rehabs. Non for profit. Right Don't get me going on that turn over for induced drug care.
I have no reason to post this except to make the public aware of corruption and FOAA. Forcing the public to hire an attorney to spin and spin and delay. Billable hours. Investigative reporting can't afford it either.
The public has to organize independent committee's and force accountability at every level, until always.

Belfast rail trail abutters seek federal payout, willing to return city money
City Councilor Mike Hurley does not have one ethical bone, not one conscience, and only one care- Mike Hurley and any that support his greed and want more too. This is beyond disgusting.
During the early public hearings, abutters could not get any answers. Asking and asking for over a year. Slocum told them to hire an attorney. The amount the City spends on litigitation for their visions with our property taxes makes me sick. I asked for those spending's in an FOAA. City Manager Slocum never provides crucial basic public documents that I request. He intimidates with exorbitant charges to begin the research and in the end may result in not finding anything. Billable hours into the rabbit hole, exactly like Alice in Corrupt Land. These abutters are going to raked over the coals with City Hall foot dragging.
Ed Bearor refused to help me. Guess I had done too much of the leg work. Or another reason? He advised me to take the shut up money of 6k from Earl Black- owner of Masiello Group Realtor- the one's that sold me undisclosed hell in Hellfast. No thanks. I have principles.

Belfast councilors favor downtown project despite sticker shock
I am the most hated woman of the downtown 1%, players and pretenders. I was just there today in fact. Councilor Hurley saw my enormous protest signs- I have them attached to a long aluminum ladder and attach it to my SUV for all to see. "City Hall and Realtors are Corrupt" and another with my boycott Belfast blog.
Paid my taxes and sewer today, where the City is using my property as a free sewer for half of developed Belfast. This spring melt might be the final one. They can only hope. Then they can take Seaview Terrace for nothing. I also think City Council illegally voted Seaview Terrace into a new zone of Healthcare and Housing on 10/7/14. We fought that and were told we were going into Residential 1. None of the zoning maps show Seaview Terrace as R1. The City Planner has posted confusion and The City Manager tells me we are R1 but states that he makes mistakes too. They refuse to finalize the zone maps voted in on 10/7/14. It's been 5 months. They are not posting it to keep the residents uniformed. Until appeals run out?
The rail trail abutters are suing the City (correction- just found out they are suing the Feds? and unethical Council Hurley who owns rail trail property and is pushing for the rail trail is joining in on the class action lawsuit, stating he takes money over principles. And there it is. He runs downtown Belfast and runs out the rest). Nasty to the 99%. Enjoy the harbor walk and downtown, the undesirables are under your feet.
Let's see if this post stays on. Doubtful.

Belfast hospital planning to build new office space
As Neil stated below "gives the town incentive to agree". It is a choreographed plan hatching for the past 15? years. Hogan stated 2 years ago with the first addition to the Annex that the old motel would be demolished. Delay in demolition must be to get the approvals on the new addition first. Close the appeal process before any construction even begins. Then corrupt the construction and lock up the approved plans from the public. That is the town's incentive. Ethical businesses refuse to flock with corruption.

Right after that in 5/2011 I get notification that this Mike Hogan is building an Annex building. Statute states that new site construction is to drain runoff on premises. I went to the site meeting, Hogan stating and showing runoff will drain onto Annex property. Lie- it drains to me and all doors slam shut and continue doing so.Merging in with all the miles and miles of highway, road, other neighborhoods, at least 15 business sites- The CASS (school) is an enormous site. All illegally stock piling snow with a City wink and nod to melt to Seaview Terrace.
During this site meeting for the Annex, Mike Hogan stated that all "Plow-abe" snow would be removed offsite as the zoning conditions dictate. No they don't. None of them do and now I'm sure to get more from this new addition and not mentioned in this article is expansion of the site for a parking lot and "circulation". Hogan runs from me, they all do after I get up again from their kicking and uncover more corruption, all aimed at the undesirables. Through the Comprehensive Plan that City Council voted in new ordinance's and zoning on 10/7/2014 but has yet to be made public. All the "little bit" that hides the small print that will wipe out the undesirables to make room for the 1% visions.
City Hall tried to illegally put Seaview Terrace into a new zone- Healthcare and Housing known as RIII or R3. We were Residential 2. Under the new zoning, old R2 would become R1. For Seaview Terrace to go into a new zone- residents would have to agree. They tried to pass it through without resident approval but I notified neighbors and the City claimed to reverse in 6/2014 and changed us to PROPOSED R1. A recent listing, now sold on Seaview Terrace showed zoning as Healthcare. MidCoast President of Realtor Council, Michelle Ridley, refuses to confirm Seaview Terrace zoning. City Manager Joe Slocum avoids requests for public records of the final zoning maps and ordinances voted in on 10/7/2014 by City Council to be updated the City Website. Hogan is moving a portion of this old motel, a modular unit, to another hospital owned property and that has the new zoning of RIII. Previously, that site was R2. Here is the link that the City Planner lists as "existing" zoning showing Seaview Terrace in healthcare. Yet, City Manager Joe Slocum nastily tells me are R1 but is not reliable. He makes many "mistakes" at resident's expense. And will charge you the shirt off your back for freedom of information basic public documents to avoid giving them.
I have not been able to get anything true in 5 years. Final approved site plans, zoning conditions and City storm drainage maps- simple requests right? Unless they prove their corruption. Lock up the documents in Planning. The City Planner, Wayne Marshall stopped recording the final plans in the Waldo County Deeded Registry when he came on in 1999? Their corruption has made me the most hated woman of the Belfast 1% and players. Fine with me. Gets a bit dangerous though with the intimidation tactics.
50 years of forcing runoff and melt-off to tiny dead end, 12 family homes on the flood plain, flood zone of Seaview Terrace that is not a natural outlet, no rights of ways, no easements, absolute slaughter by water. This spring melt could be the one, just in time for another healtcare site- right Mike Hogan? And a retired key City Hall official told me he was shocked at the plans. He said we haven't seen anything yet- that was in 2011. It is happening. Very similar to Chicago and Mayor 1%. Denying services to the 99%, all for the downtown 1%.

Belfast District Court Judge Patricia Worth is corrupt. I presented
the above along with a threatening recording from Skip at J&B Auto
and the written transcript. Skip committed perjury- Judge Worth knew it.
He presented a false estimate with a print date of 2/2/2015 where the
repair was estimated at $3700 but because I was broke, Skip stated he
couldn't do the proper repair and instead cut me a break, giving me the
$1100 estimate (and that was double the verbal estimate he gave me of
500-600) and tells the Judge that the repair was not guaranteed.
Seriously. His hands were shaking, he was clearly lying and she knew it.
Then Skip tells the Judge he never wants to see my face again. It was
unbelievable. The Judge thanks us for our "professionalism" and states
she will send her ruling the mail. Of course. Had she ruled in front of
the public they would have been disgusted.
She ruled in favor of the defendant. I googled her name, her hubby's mommy was the Mayor of Belfast, hubby owns mega prime real estate and is on Board of Directors @ WCGH, hubby's sister was a high end real estate agent... and that's only what I found in a quick search and below, surprise, surprise...

No- my ex lives in NJ. . Corruption in Belfast is off the charts. I wish this weren't true. I have ties here since 1969- parents bought cottage, fully furnished in Bayside, Northport ( next town over) for $3700. My sister (RIP) bought a cottage and a heavy hitter for Belfast business bought her cottage 7? yrs ago. I built my own year round house there, next to the Northport Golf Course in 1997 and lost it in the divorce (ex took it, then he assumed my life in Bayside, 8 weeks vacation- and my brother's drinking buddy- so goes the saying you marry what you know) To take on the bullies, one has to be honest and true. They drag me over the coals- even those that know me well and those that don't- it is easier to reason I must deserve this rather than stand up and support me. I am seasoned now at 53. Standing alone and stronger than ever. I stand for all that are bullied in any fashion in any arena. It is epic.
I was meticulous in relocation- it is rarely granted- and I did it. Yes, the realtors knew my situation intimately- I worked with them for 9 months, crossing every T, dotting every I. Alone. Many turn and run with domestic terror and crashing children. They did. I knew what I had to do and how to do it. My 401k and inheritance, all I had was used to build the house in Bayside. I left the work force in 1995 to Mom. Filed for divorce in 2005, 18 yrs. married. Two long years of crushing and robbing to break us and bring me back into the marriage. Courts, Child Protective Services, Guardian ad litem, clergy, therapists, dr.'s, psych., friends, family (2 bully brothers left) all failed us. It was unbelievable. The more I told the truth , the more I was dismissed and disrespected. Protecting my kids was priority. I did it- shut out all and focused on holding on and wait for my chance. That small window finally came in 2009 and I jumped. Ex taking my Bayside life and the home I wanted all my life, was now a huge advantage.
I chanced it all to relocate from NJ to ME. No mistakes- this is my only chance. Real estate market was crashing- my house was in poor shape- put it up for sale in 9/2009. I had been researching Belfast homes online for months prior. Had to sell and buy in full, to a safe home and begin again. I did just that, 12/2009 drove up for showings of 5 homes. All with water issues and streams refused, have it in writing too. I was guaranteed no issues with 17 Seaview Terrace. No stream disclosed, no stream on the 1/4 acre property visible. Surrounded on 3 sides by 2ft x 2ft drainage ditch. 4/2010, went into contract. Realtor recommended property inspection by DJ Brown Inspectors- done that month. For sure there was water coming through, not reported- unstabilized banks not reported, inspection overseen by realtor.
6/2010 we pull into 17 Seaview Terrace our previous life crammed into the 50 ft Penske truck. We were crawling but we made it so far. The relocation papers had not even been filed yet. Middle school beginning in 2 months- I could be denied and back in NJ, homeless. My ex could get the kids. Just a little pressure. 2 weeks before school, I won. New life beginning. Then the river came crashing through my yard in 4/2012 and a whole new hell opened up. Private property and resident abuse by the white collars, business owners and the connected beyond humane.
Where I had to be under the radar for safety, to heal with children and get on my feet- I was thrown into the fire to fight for our lives- this home is all I have left and 2 more years till last child graduates high school. The forced water slaughter is white collar extermination to our 12 family neighborhood. A flood plain, flood zone. All unknown to me- no mortgage- now flood insurance is a must- 4k!! my income 18k- almost 4k in taxes, house/car insurance, utilitites, food- NOT ON WELFARE- not employed, saving home is a full time job and then some. Ethically they should be diverting all water away from us, instead they are drowning us with a smile and strong support. Sick.
4 years and I have uncovered enormous corruption. State to local, plenty of players, staying VERY public is my ONLY safety net. I am a whistle blower in danger with no other way to go. Strange how someone fighting for the man is a hero and a woman fighting for her home and children against the man/men/women is an "unstable threat". They cannot break me. That is a terror attack to the nucleus of humanity- mother and children. It happens to many. I protest all abuse.
