Since posting Lombardi as drug raping me in January 1981, the State of Maine and Maine Healthcare has come at me with loaded guns, fabricated charges, false jailings, illegal involuntary psychiatric holding for 2 months, force drugging by Judicial and Healthcare, continuing proceedings to find me incompetent and order psychiatric drugging, observation, anything Lombardi wants to protect himself and all the constitutional violations and hate crimes to my life and property by the State of Maine and Maine Healthcare.

The State of Maine to City of Belfast corruption in my spotless life began at purchase of my home, 17 Seaview Terrace, Belfast, Maine 04915 and escalated to terrorism after posting Lombardi as a dangerous system drug rapist after Cosby was charged. I was very frightened to do this after I researched his power and access to students, military, healthcare guru, pharmco, his list is enormous and sickness. 

I had to expose him through social media to stop the raping. I was not wrong with his power but I never thought the State of Maine and healthcare would break all rules of conduct, ethics, color of law, civil rights, constitutional rights, Judicial rules. on and on, for all these years to silence me eternally. Mob mentality style, many with a smile. Especially my neighbor, MPBN VP Charles Beck. Hell with a smile and a back stabbing coward. 

Again, prior to Belfast and the State of Maine fabrication, my record was spotless. I do not have mental illness and have been in this unregulated mental health system since my ex husband began using this system in NJ to stop me from divorcing him after 18 years of a difficult marriage in 2007. Psych evaluations, the whole hell hole of system mental health that I was clueless to. 

Through this I learned of Dialetical Behavior Therapy and sought out the out of network, DBT Center of Lawrenceville, NJ. Coping skills with Buddhism healings. They taught me how to cope with these destructive ego's that believe they can take my life when I say no. Thank you ladies and Dr. Steven Levine, excellent and handsome Princeton psychiatrist. Too young for me but I did ask him if his father was single. 

As ADA Entwisle attempts to put me away again, I decided to report a with probable cause,  at least 40 years of possible global system drug raping by Lombardi and his massive constituents. Dark and deadly. I know and tell.

How can so many do this to me when you all know how innocent and helping I am? Fear. It's always fear. Below is Lombardi's bio's from his Steven's Institute bio. After I emailed him he changed his bio so that it didn't reflect that he was a professor at Middlesex County College, Edison, NJ. Where he chose me as his next corpse. Drugging those who say NO. The hunted ones. Get 'er.

Then below that, a site of all his Healthcare books to system take and break, mental health style.

Then my reporting to the Freehold Police Department of the serially I'll drug rapist, Dr. Donald Lombardi who still lives in that County. 

Governor Janet Mills, please clear my record, compensate and come together to stop system rape.

  • Dr. Donald Lombardi has consulted for more than 170 healthcare organizations in all 50 states and ten foreign countries, has developed seven accreditation programs for the American College of Healthcare Executives and has written more than 40 articles and 12 books, including Handbook for the New Healthcare Manager and, most recently, Manual of Healthcare Leadership and Management (McGraw-Hill, 2014).

    As the youngest officer commissioned in the United States Marine Corps during the 1970s, he instituted numerous educational and management systems that were lauded by both military and civilian experts. He has acted as a healthcare advisor to legislators and government administrators at the state and federal levels and has implemented strategic plans, educational systems and organizational development programs for Barnabas Health System, SUNY Stony Brook Medical Center, more than 40 Veterans Administration Medical Centers, the Visiting Nursing Association of New Jersey, the University of Maryland Medical System and the Republic of the Marshall Islands.

    Dr. Lombardi was selected as the Alexander Crombie Humphreys Distinguished Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology in 2014 and was recently selected as Outstanding Teacher of the Year by the Stevens Alumni Association (2016) and Outstanding Professor of the Year by the Stevens Student Government Association (2017).








 


 Donald N. The Defendant rests on the briefs to date. If the decision finds me incompetent to stand bench trial, the decisions will be appealed as told can be done by court appointed backup attorney, Logan Perkins.

Logan Perkins will not be available to do the appeal for 2 weeks if an appeal is necessary. I cannot do the appeal without Logan Perkins.

Also, are you planning to file anything in rebuttal? If not, I would suggest that you write a letter and say, "The Defendant rests on the briefs to date." This is so that the court is not expecting, or waiting for an additional response from you or me. 

Finally, I wanted to let you know, I am going out of town, and will be off the grid for two weeks starting tomorrow afternoon. My assistant Annalee will be at the office processing mail, and will send you a copy of anything we receive in your case, including a decision on the competency issue if one arrives, but just be aware that I will not be responding to email during that time.

The State fails as you have presented already. Do not submit any rebuttal provided these copies of the final arguments in these links are true.

Bench trial with Judge Robert Murray to proceed where the State does not have evidence as before with 2 years of fabricated harassment charges. Dismissed at trial day, 10/31/2019.

If Judge Robert Murray finds me incompetent than I want an appeal as you said can be done.

Thanks for your quick response on therapy. Very helpful. I had been impressed with then Sheriff Randall Liberty when I saw a piece on him with PTSD prisoners and repeat trauma talk therapy that he did. I had contacted Sheriff Trafton to get his email to send that message to him. It works. No one tells the trauma like I have to, again and again, against their ears.

I did contact him and here he is, Commissioner of Corrections. Isn't that special. Humor is the best.

This proves I am not paranoid and I actually respected law enforcement. I shared the problems with Belfast City Hall and the escalation of failure to communicate and resolve by officials. Belfast to County to State. 

I continue to communicate violations of my rights and property to all that are responsible in the State of Maine. The State's resolution is to ignore, silence me through abusive tactics, fabricate charges to falsely arrest incarcerate, fabricate mental illness to force dangerous psychotropic drugs that are proven to cause depression, suicidal ideation, tardive dyskinesia. Proven that it is unknown if these drugs are effective.

Drugging me is sick. We must appeal if Judge Murray orders competency treatments. Your points of Acadia not ordering medication and not blue papering me must be included. With this email from 2013 where Belfast City Council and officials were already painting me as mentally ill to avoid accountability.

This wins my competency and proves I am not anti-government. I am anti-corruption and Auntie Bullie (my sign on before I was banned from posting on most Maine news media.)

Perhaps you can share this with Commissioner Liberty and get this mess dismissed, buy me out with compensation, clear my record and it's over. I'm gone. Or continue corruption to where I am silenced brutally for it to finally hit national news, 48 hours, etc. It's quite the documented and exposed story.

Dear Sheriff Liberty,

Thank you for bringing the effects of trauma and corruption for all to see. I pulled great strength from it. I suppose I work through Civilian PTSD without support or camaraderie. Revealing some of the trauma's to defend my character as I fight City Hall, have produced 3 years of finger pointing at the insane Seaview Terrace woman. And I haven't revealed the truly horrific personal trauma... and may never.

I crawled to Belfast to start over, under the radar, in peace, safety and honesty. Big Fat Wrong. I couldn't be more out there, alone and taking dangerous risk. It is out of my hands, what is the point if you don't step up. My only fear is the safety of my children and my ability to protect them.

I saw the therapy of repeating the trauma over and over and it works to a degree. The other factor is accountability. Holding yourself accountable under insane forces crushing you is not possible. Holding those accountable who created the trauma is. I posted the below on the Sheriff's FB page for the Matter of Duty posting.

It is with great respect that I send this to you, Deputy Chief Trafton and BPD Chief McFadden. Your protection to civilians and courage to share PTSD gives me the courage to do this. I always knew from childhood that every trauma was making me stronger for something much bigger than my problems. I don't whistle blow for pity but for awareness and resolution. I do it with any available tools, much to the dismay and distaste of public judgment. Phew, so glad I have dogs. Who needs humans?

Hi  Chief Deputy Trafton ,

Hope you are well. I have been trying to find Sheriff Liberty's address to send him a Christmas card. I saw a Matter of Duty and it has moved me deeply. My Dad died in the VA Hospital, East Orange NJ in 1976. As a young girl, it hurt my heart to see so many discarded Vets, some would corner me for an hour in wheel chairs, on stretchers, so mangled, so lost, so alone. I was only 14 and Dad died there when I was 16, he was 56.  

Anyway, I thought maybe I'm popping up as trouble (on the Sheriff's FB page I hit like) and wanted to call off any searching for my motives. I couldn't find his address, went onto Spokeo and a few other sites.

Hi Chief,

I inadvertently left you off of the CC. This is FYI because ALL of this places me, my children, my pets in danger. I am watching this last meeting and see your officer appearing to follow me out when I'm done speaking at the first open to the public. He turns around when he see's me coming back in with the skate boarders. That is alarming to me.  Monitoring the meeting is one thing but leaving the meeting to follow me is another. Especially when I was more than pleasant, respectful and brief at the first speaking. 

No doubt I was angry the second time around and would not question an officer taking extra precaution and seeing me walk safely and peacefully off of the premises. 

I still want to believe the BPD is foremost concerned with MY safety and rights. After watching the long time senior resident of Searsport get mishandled by an officer at the TNT meetings, it can easily happen to me. Please make sure your force knows that I am not a threat, am not unstable, and that my anger in the second open to the public was certainly provoked and justified. With ever changing applications of law around here, I would be thankful for you to advise me if my protesting in public with signs and my SUV portable office displaying America's flag, signs and information board is in violation or any violations that may be construed by my innocent intentions to make the public aware.

You know I will continue speaking and protesting until this is fixed or I am dead. You will have all this information for your investigation. I will forward a very informative email I sent yesterday.

WHAT IS MAINE'S LAW ON HATE CRIMES

17 MRS §2931 states, “A person may not, by force or threat of force, intentionally injure, intimidate or interfere with, or intentionally attempt to injure, intimidate or interfere with or intentionally oppress or threaten any other person in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege, secured to that person by the Constitution of Maine or laws of the State or by the United States Constitution or laws of the United States.” Violation of this statute is a Class D crime, punishable by up to 364 days incarceration and a $2,000 fine.

Maine’s sentencing provisions take into consideration “the selection by the person of the victim or of the property that was damaged or otherwise affected by the crime because of the race, color, religion, sex, ancestry, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation or homelessness of the victim or of the owner or occupant of that property” (see 17-A MRS §1501).

Maine’s Civil Rights Act provides for “the right to engage in lawful activities without being subject to physical force or violence, damage or destruction of property, trespass on property or the threat of physical force or violence, damage or destruction of property or trespass on property motivated by reason of race, color, religion, sex, ancestry, national origin, physical or mental disability or sexual orientation” (see 5 MRS §4684-A).
