Opened shipment with clear tape. Sam's Club tapes with Sam's Club tape. I am not opening this one either. Order#10050672461. Fedx #61567217460. Fedx driver must have instructions to ignore refusal sign. Message sent to Sam's Club Member Services to credit this order too.

 I mentioned Tylenol cyanide tampering that was in the news years ago. I didn't mention this Tylenol switch with Sam's Club. I did not get a response on this. I threw the Tylenol away but nevertheless.... scary. Here it is.

#1- The item ordered was 2 of Tylenol Sinus Severe 30 pouches, 2 caplets each, sku 94187 08057. That item is not appearing on Sam's website today.

#2 - How was the order changed to item 87089? That is not normal. If the item ordered is not available, it should have been cancelled. 

#3- Shipping box was opened as pictured and I cannot accept this tampered order of medicine.

Please pick up and credit my account. Please advise and confirm via email.

Sam's Club Member Service,

I have received another tampered food delivery by FedEx from Sam's Club. My account will show numerous shipments that have been tampered by opening. I must throw the food away because it is unreturnable. Sam's Club has always issued a credit or reshipped. 

It is very dangerous for me in Belfast. I am targeted for exposing epic first hand corruption from local,  State, businesses, MaineHealth, etc. My current blog of many, boycottbelfast.blogspot, details never ending threats to my life. They have destroyed my home so that it is unsellable. I fear for every moment with volumes of proof. 

Leaving my home to quickly go to the grocery store every few weeks is dangerous. I had hoped I could try online Sam's again but it continues. These pictures show the sign that has been on my porch since yesterday when I received an email from Sam's that this order was out for delivery.

It did not deliver until today, opened and taped over with clear tape. The driver ignored my sign for refusal and left it. Please escalate this to the top as I want an investigation and action against the constant tampering. The order number is 10050700143, FedEx tracking #640641721242.
