Each time I leave my home there is a chance that I will not return. They have driven nails
into my tires, vandalized my boat, trailer, steal personal property and my property, the list goes on.
There is no one that would notice that I am not home until possibly days later with my
beagles home alone. For their well being, I will leave my garage door open each time I have to
leave. I leave only when necessary for food,court and appt.'s. My 2005 F150 is in the garage with
a nail in it's tire since last summer, patched but leaking slowly. If the garage door is still open, into the
evening and my 2002 Explorer is not in the driveway with my beagles at the window, then something

I have another dispositional conference on 6/11/2019 with my court appointed attorney
Tom Shehan at Waldo Judiciary, Belfast, Maine. Since first charged with McFadden's
fabricated lies of harassment in 10/2017, leading to false arrests the courts have refused
to hear me as pro se since the first corrupt hearing with Judge Mathews, 12/8/2017.
Not allowing me to plead innocent for immediate dismissal simply due to an easy fact
that I was not given my original signed cease harassment notices (2 notices- I still don't
know what the 2nd one is, ADA Entwisle has with held discoveries. He can't do that anymore,
we are nearing the end of document fabrication/corruption.) as stated on the notice.
On 2/23/18 at 6:30 in the cold evening, home alone with my beagles, I was brutally cuffed
and kidnapped by 3 of McFadden's protege's. Corrupt. They were going to bust my door
down to stop me from getting my cell phone to call 911. I got the call through while running
to door to open it before the broke it down. My poor beagles. The rest of this arrest is
a fright fest, to die in Two Bridges the weekend of 3/2/18 and has not let up.
I survive and live to tell. That's my job.
Dismiss all fabricated charges, 2 harassment and one terrorizing with a dangerous weapon.
I did not do that. McFadden does, proven below. Judge Robert Murray has refused to hear me
dismiss as pro se since January 2018 he has been the only Judge I've had after too many
dispositional conferences to buy time to end my truth and life. Proven twice, once in his
evacuated Superior Court building on 6/6/18.
It was to be my end again except this time I did not come alone as pro se as I always have.
This time my 21 year old son came with me as witness. I didn't want to ask him to come
with me but I thought Murray was going to have me taken away to a psychiatric jail.
No witnesses. I never though it was going to be a bloodbath until I saw the staged
portable court room. My son knew too.

Before plunging into the details of the proliferating controversies over freedom of expression
on the Internet, you need some background information on two topics. The first and more
obvious is the Free-Speech Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
The relevance and authority of the First Amendment should not be exaggerated; as several
observers have remarked, "on the Internet, the First Amendment is just a local ordinance."
However, free-expression controversies that arise in the United States inevitably implicate
the Constitution. And the arguments deployed in the course of American First-Amendment
fights often inform or infect the handling of free-expression controversies in other countries.
The upshot: First-Amendment jurisprudence is worth studying.
Unfortunately, that jurisprudence is large and arcane. The relevant constitutional provision is
simple enough: "Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech, or of
the press . . .." But the case law that, over the course of the twentieth century, has been built
upon this foundation is complex. An extremely abbreviated outline of the principal doctrines
would go as follows:
If a law burdens substantially more speech than is necessary to advance a
compelling government interest, it’s unconstitutionally "overbroad."
A government may not force a person to endorse any symbol, slogan, or pledge.
Governmental restrictions on the "time, place, and manner" in which speech is
permitted are constitutional if and only if:
they are "content neutral," both on their face and as applied;
they leave substantial other opportunities for speech to take place; and
they "narrowly serve a significant state interest."
On state-owned property that does not constitute a "public forum," government
may restrict speech in any way that is reasonable in light of the nature and purpose
of the property in question.
Content-based governmental restrictions on speech are unconstitutional unless
they advance a "compelling state interest." To this principle, there are six exceptions:
1. Speech that is likely to lead to imminent lawless action may be prohibited.
2. "Fighting words" -- i.e., words so insulting that people are likely to fight back -- may be

same time doing it willfully. The malicious doing of an act in- cludes the willful doing of it.

discrediting against me to have been publicly retracted as I requested and was denied.

did express concern for my safety yesterday to the Chief. Mike Hurley had no right
to place me in jeopardy.

with all that is happening because of City Planning? Rather than Council have an honest
conversation with me, Council has allowed me to be slandered, has hired police protection
in meetings where I may speak, has brought in the City Attorney to support Council/City and was
another sham, not giving me time to see that nothing was resolved, was asked in for conversation
with the Chief of Police ( which probably gave authorization to do a back ground check on me and
create a video and file), have had documents with held, hidden altogether, lied to by the City
Manager and Planner that stream was natural, even though a blind man could determine it wasn't,
lied to that City work has not been done on private property and then when caught, lying again
about when it was done, and then when caught again, lying about the reasons it was done,
claiming routine maintenance when it was initiated by residents complaint therefore
making the City accountable and responsible and breaking the storm water state law, therefore

Over the years I have sent many emails to you and media. They make me sound crazy.

respect to the United States for protecting Freedom of Speech and the Mueller investigation.
Given to those in power. Denied to Hobo Mom and many like me.
I am fighting for my life for Freedom of Speech and independent committee's in Maine from
the State government to the local level in Belfast. Nine years ago, 6/28/2010 I was sold
undisclosed State of Maine water slaughter hell. I did everything right, property inspections,
written and verbal #1 mandate- NO WATER ISSUES INSIDE OR OUT. I had to be under all radar
making it out against the odds with children.
Nine months after closing, massive runoff from miles of development tore through my tiny property
to this date. I was already beat down and had to take on Belfast City Hall and the State of Maine
agency after agency. Nine years and counting to be silenced through fabricated charges
(2 harassment 11/1/2017 and 1 terrorizing with a dangerous weapon 2/23/2018).
I push back to the limit of the law and fell prey to gas lighting over the 9 long abusive years.
On 2/23/18 I was arrested for the 3rd time, charged with terrorizing with a dangerous weapon for
an innocent first and only target shoot in 10/2017 where I thanked Belfast officials for being my
target. Stating on the video not to shoot me, I don't own a gun. I posted the video on my
youtube channel and did not send it or post it anywhere else.

on 2/23/18 I was brutally arrested I was jailed with a 25k bail for 7 days where I was not supposed
to get out alive. Again, against the odds I did on 3/2/18. I have been shackled and out on bail since.
I am below poverty and the courts have refused my rights to be heard to plead not guilty to all
charges with immediate dismissal with proof since 12/8/2017. I have been representing myself
pro se for years in small claims court and won a protection order last year where Belfast Chief of
Police McFadden has refused to protect me and is corrupt beyond belief. Proven.
I have been pro se for the harassment charges. They have cornered me, below poverty (18k) into
taking court appointed attorneys. The first 2 were proven to be for the State and today I meet with
the third, Tom Shehan for the 2nd time to discuss my case at 10:30am. Waldo Judiciary Center,
Market St., Belfast, Me. 04915. My life is in his hands at the moment.
Each time I leave my home, I fear for my life, like Julian Assage but there is no one to protect me.
My best protection is blogging and begging media to just interview me. I am of sound mind and
factual with proof.

Judge Mathews would not allow me to be heard to plead not guilty to fabricated

Upon receiving ADA Entwisle's changed Discoveries on 5/23/2019 for 2 harassment
charges I see why I was never given the originals when arrested 11/1/2017. They
falsified a slew of CH notices to me by the Belfast Police Department, Belfast City
Hall, Mike Hurley, his Colonial Theater, there may have been more but without
the notices, I can't remember. Well hello. ADA Entwisle does not have ANY of those
in the discovery. Nor does the police report. All those are replaced by a 2nd
fabricated violation to Mark Rae, but not stating what the violation is. All is
false as I stated to the Waldo Court Clerks on 12/28/2017 in this 13 minute video.

At my first hearing on 12/8/2017 for 1 charge of harassment Judge Mathews would not let me
be heard for dismissal due to the fact that I didn't get my original signed notice. DISMISS!
He then said the 2nd harassment hearing on 12/28/2017 could be heard at the dispositional
conference in 1/9/2019. He was leading me. I had never heard of this dispositional conference
and could not argue against it, nor argue to be heard fearing contempt of court. I said OK. Then he
asked me if it goes to trial do I want a Judge or jury. I said jury all the way but that was before
I got slammed with terrorizing on 2/23/18 and the media went global. I had come back to the court
clerks after I thought about it and that I didn't even get to plead not guilty to the 2nd charge,
I didn't even know what it was for. Neither did the court clerk Melissa? and she could not find the
not guilty plea in this video for even the 12/8/2017 hearing. She finally calls Brooke Otis over and
Brooke is on CYA but I didn't know it yet.Brooke states not guilty was entered in the clerks notes
which isn't a legal document and confused me into accepting bullshit.
Since then, it's been another illegal arrest on 2/23/2018 charged and jailed with a false
terrorizing with a dangerous weapon. 25k bail to be sure I was imprisoned for eternal
silence to Two Bridges Correctional Facility,Wiscasset, Maine.

Till I got a note to the outside at 9am with an outgoing jail friend (in for 5 days as a walk in
for a civil violation). Within 5 minutes they called my name to transport me back to Belfast.
At that time, Waldo Jail had refused to take the 5k bail from my friend for the 3rd day
as the transport officer walked past him and said that he was going to get me. I was to die
that weekend. A bad death. Facts and proof. No drama, truth.
Weeks later I got a check from Two Bridges for $50. My daughter had put $50 in there
so I could make phone calls. They never told me. No calls for Laurie. No bail for Laurie.
Laurie Allen committed suicide while in jail. Just like Sandra Bland. Suicide in the jail
cell is impossible because of safe proofing and constant surveillance. Sandra was killed

A boardwalk game in Seaside Heights, N.J., features a moving target of President Barack Obama. Contestants hurl baseballs in his direction. A Pennsylvania amusement company pulled a target-shooting game last week that included Obama’s image. Is it legal to take aim at a representation of the president?
Absolutely. The First Amendment protects the right to free expression, which includes the right to shoot, burn, or in any way destroy an image of anyone including the president as long you’re not posing a “credible threat.” The standard here is whether there is genuine intent to commit or incite violence, and also whether that violence is likely to actually occur. If there’s no “clear and present danger,” as Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. put it, there’s no basis for censorship. So unless the Seaside Heights boardwalk is, in fact, a surreptitious assassination training ground, the game is perfectly legal.
There’s a long history of threatening presidential representations. Hanging in effigy was a common form of political protest in the 18th and 19th centuries. Presidents Washington, Adams, and Jefferson were all hanged in effigy; and before the civil war, “Hang Abe Lincoln on a Sour Apple Tree” was a commonly sung parody of “John Brown’s Body.” (There was a similar song about Lincoln’s southern counterpart, Jefferson Davis.) George W. Flippant verbal threats against the president are similarly OK. Nearly two decades later, Ardith McPherson, a clerical worker in the office of the Constable of Harris County, Texas, was fired after she told her boyfriend, following reports of the Reagan assassination attempt, “If they go for him again, I hope they get him.” McPherson sued for reinstatement claiming her First Amendment rights had been violated. The Supreme Court agreed, reiterating that comments or jokes made with no intent to act are perfectly legal free speech.
The United States Secret Service routinely investigates threats against the president. Most of these cases are dismissed quickly as not credible, meaning the individual under investigation does not truly intend to harm the president and does not have the means to do so. An Alabama teacher was suspended in May after using the example of assassinating President Obama to illustrate angles in geometry. The Secret Service investigated but then declined to pursue the case. The school admitted that the lesson had been in poor taste.

That's it, one time shoot, first and last time, I've never owned a gun and don't ever want one. My words of truth are their threat. Arrested over 4 months (2/23/18) after this stupid 10/2017 shoot. I have yet to be heard in court for dismissal of all charges because I was pro se and truth and proof wins. I win. Plenty of dispositional hearings and an enormous waste of tax dollars.Break me into silence. I don't think so.

At the time the garage was built on 23 Seaview Terrace by the owner of both lots, 17 & 23, Dr. Caswell, pre 1990's, zoning required 20 ft side set back. Since 2014, the zoning has changed to 15 ft side set back. Hence take my property and life. With police protecting them on video. I take them on.

Over the past couple months there have been several complaints generated by you and/or your neighbors regarding a boundary line dispute. The Belfast Police Department has responded to every one of the calls for service made by you and/or your neighbors. As with most if not all boundary line disputes the actual situation cannot be resolved by the police due to the fact that we have no authority over boundary lines. This has been explained to both you and your neighbors. The officers have given sound advice as to how both parties need to proceed in order to come to a resolution on this issue.
As far as your repeated requests to have your neighbors issued harassment notices along with the real estate agents who sold the property, I would explain that the Belfast Police Department does have the authority to issue harassment notices, however we do so if/when we're able to determine harassing conduct is present. I have reviewed the videos you've posted to your YouTube channel regarding the alleged harassing behavior and find no behavior on your neighbors part that would justify a harassment notice being served on them.
I have not responded to your repeated emails until now due to the fact that you seem to ignore what I say and simply make another identical demand to have a harassment notice served on your neighbors.
As I've said before, at this time the Belfast Police Department will not be issuing a harassment notice on anyone based on the information you provided. I will say that should you provide us with information that justifies a harassment notice be served we will most certainly follow through with that function.

It was after I was issued a false summons for the fabricated harassment of Mark Rae in 10/2017 that I put my polka dot dress on and drove to downtown in my big truck. Unrehearsed, I went down to the waterfront, stood on my truck and spoke of Belfast corruption and hurting children, then I drove to City Hall and parked across the street in front of Hurley's theater, The Colonial. I spoke of the same there. No one approached me and I spoke to no one. I left and as I passed the Belfast Police Department I saw Chief McFadden at his desk. I hadn't planned on going there but when I saw him with a parking spot right there, I pulled in. The video is titled Pee Wee's Playhouse and it is... brave. I didn't close the door when I got out and Miranda Lambert is playing a bit loud but within zoning limits of dba.

9:30am-Another dispositional conference today at Waldo Judiciary, 207-338-3107, at 10:30am with new attorney, Tom Shehan. I am 100% innocent of two 2017 fabricated harassment charges and a 2017 target shoot with US Supreme Court precedence Justice Holmes. Dismiss completely or we go to trial by Judge.

Over the years, I have received 2 sexually disturbing anonymous letters where McFadden refused to return my calls to report them. I did take them to Sheriff Trafton but he said nothing could be done. I was cat-fished? last summer, 2018 through a facebook private message from a Shannon Berry. Claiming to be from Kittery and claims she was drugged and raped assaulted in Belfast over a weekend of cult like proceedings when she came to interview for a job listed in craigslist by Brad Williams at his house in Belfast. I was cat-fished? last summer, 2018 through a facebook private message from a Shannon Berry. Claiming to be from Kittery and claims she was drugged and raped assaulted in Belfast over a weekend of cult like proceedings when she came to interview for a job listed in craigslist by Brad Williams at his house in Belfast. Claiming her boyfriend had ties to Belfast as well as a guitar student of Brad Williams, Jeremy Alex who disappeared. It was 20-30 years ago? Brad is from Bayside where my parents had a cottage since 1969. Brad is older, lived outside of the village and I never spoke to him or was in his company till I moved to Belfast in 2010 and he began approaching me with wild tales of McFadden and a map to a cemetery of where McFadden buried victims bone including Jeremy Alex. Was Shannon Berry Belfast Chief McFadden with his implicated team of internet porn? How many of the serials escalate to the telling of their crimes through 3rd party manipulation?
This Shannon Berry stated she had bloodlines to Pocahontas to draw me in further. I dropped all in my life to help her for weeks. Trying to find her an attorney as she baited me to come down to Kittery. I almost went until she said she wanted me to take her to NH to tell the father of Jeremy Alex information. I told her to leave that poor man alone and focus on herself. That trip could have been the end. She told me several Belfast police officers were involved in her investigation with Officer Lincoln coming down to Kittery and Officer Gibbs calling her on the phone. She kept talking about Lincoln. I told her that I didn't know him and that she had to get an attorney and support. I called her where she was supposed to be living with her boyfriend's older parents on Naval property and a man answered. I could hear office equipment and the man blew it. It was a sting. I hung up and never responded to anymore of her calls or messages after that. She tried several times. I posted Shannon Berry when it was happening, trying to get my neighbors including Ned Lightner to help Shannon, asking Ned if it were his daughter what would he do, asking him if there was a rape ring in Belfast. He didn't respond. I don't have any proof, just hearsay. I'm out. Protecting my property, family and self. That's all I have been doing since moving here in 2010.

I have not received any email response from you from my 4/30/19 email to you. Yesterday, 5/1/2019 I sent a text to your cell phone, 207-215-6956 advising you to respond via email. Again, no response.
I have serious concerns with you as my court appointed attorney as stated in my blog that you told me you read. I requested new council received by the courts on 4/12/2019 yet you appear to representing me in the hearing on 4/23/2019 and apparently you have arranged for another dispositional hearing on 5/14/2019 that I do not have any notice of. The fact that you did not advise me of the 4/23/2019 hearing emailed to you on 3/15/2019 is very disturbing.
You sent me a letter dated April 18,2019 stating my request for new counsel makes perfect sense, gave me a copy of your Motion to Withdraw stating you filed it on my behalf and for the first time advised me that I had a dispositional conference on April 23,2019 and that "the court will probably not act upon the motion until the date of the dispositional conference." Judge Murray did not and you and ADA Entwisle went into private conversations where you didn't have any of the State's discoveries for 2 harassment charges and on terrorizing with a dangerous weapon. You told me that ADA Entwisle wants to put me into the mental health system and after a year I'd get another hearing with possible dismissal. You called it something but I forget the term.
This does not seem to be normal legal proceedings and is similar to prior appointed attorney, David Sinclair who was for the State not me. What is your bar number? I could not find your name on Board of Overseers Bar or the WSBA.
As stated in my blog, if the State does not dismiss the 2 harassment charges and terrorizing with a dangerous weapon then I want a trial by Judge with new counsel, public defender Tom Sheehan of Searsport, Maine.
You had also mentioned on 4/23/2019 that you have employed a plumber at your home in Waldo with the name Mark Rae and wondered if he is the same Mark Rae in my harassment case? IS HE? That is very disturbing as well.I want this documented in email and want a response from you on all of the above and my 4/30/19 email today please.
My court 3/11/19 appointed attorney, Lisa Whittier (the last one, David Sinclair was proven to be for the State) has yet to send me ADA Entwisle's discovery charging me with Terrorizing With A Dangerous Weapon on 2/23/18. I just received part of the discovery for separate fabricated charges of harassment on 11/1/2017 and there may audio recordings and surveillance video recordings forthcoming. Good Grief, the next hearing is 5/14/2019. This is a problem. The only time I spoke to her prior to my 4/23/2019 Dispositional Conference was when I called her per Court Clerk Brooke Otis notice to contact her immediately upon the appointment. Which I did on 3/20/2019.
Brooke Otis notified Lisa by email (Lisa would not give me her email when I asked for it on 3/20/2019. I found it on Court documents motioning for new counsel) of the 4/23/2019 hearing on 3/15/2019. Why didn't Lisa tell me when I called to introduce myself on 3/20/19? If my pretrial case manager Rick Otto did not email to advise of my hearing on 4/17/2019, I would have missed it and got arrested again. I was not supposed to get out of Two Bridges, proven in this blog. I got a letter to the outside with an outgoing mate(Kim) on 3/2/2018. That is the only reason I got out. David Sinclair shame on you.
I asked for new council, received by Waldo Court on 4/12/2019 because Lisa's office is in Augusta. Transportation is a problem. The court mailed it to Lisa agreed and mailed a motion. When I arrived at court on 4/23/2019, I asked the clerk for a copies of the notice of hearings because I did not get them. I have not thought about the seriousness of this till now, 5/1/2019 Noon. To my surprise, Lisa showed up at the 4/23/19 hearing. I met her and talked to her for the first time since my 3/20/19 phone call to her. I told her that I met public defender Tom Sheehan, Searsport, and liked him. She knows him and said he could take me if negotiations fail on 5/14/2019 with ADA Entwisle and this goes to trial. She also mentioned another attorney in Belfast on Front St. I don't think that would be a fit. I had called public defender Fetke when the police came to arrest me on 11/1/2017, in the night, 2 cruisers, one a K-9 unit. Holy cow, blue lights flashing, megaphone... I asked them if I could call the public defender before they took me. I left a message for Fetke, he never contacted me. He is not a fit either.
After court appointed David Sinclair, Bath and Lisa Whittier, Augusta, I must document to save myself. My attorney should understand that. We'll see.

Last night @ 6/20 pm, alone, again, BPD came pounding on my door. I do not open the door. They didn't identify themselves and I was just pumping up my music to drown the terror out. Then, blue lights flashing, spotlights into my living room, megaphone shouting for me to come out. I opened the window to 3 of them, with red recording body cams to McFadden. Ordered me to get outside or they'd bust my door down to arrest me. OK. Let me get out of my PJ's, feed my dogs and I was good to go.
Cuffed me in metal cuffs, behind my 115 lb, 5'2" 57 year old frame and took me to the pokey.in the K9 unit with the puppy who couldn't detect a bong hit of Maine Mary Juana it I blew it in his cute snout. They hit me with more CH notices from fur trapper Mike Hurely anywhere and his hole, Belfast City Hall, Belfast PD. Again forcing me to sign and refusing to give me the original signed as stated on the form. I still haven't got the stinking one from Cameron or who knows who. Last night I kept requesting the originals. They get the copies. No. They asked me if I wanted to sign 8 originals for me and them. Yes. They said no. Take the copies or not. Fine. They did not give me copies regardless of at least 4 requests during my 2 hours as a first time arrested Joi Z jail bird.
The bailiff came and for witness, I asked for the copies again to all of them. Baliff said it wasn't on my personal belongings list. What? The 2 others said they'd get the copies right away. I said you lied and tricked me again, being kind to me and screwing me. I told them to just be mean to me, status quo.
After 20 minutes, still no copies. They told me they had been sent down to the BPD where I am forbidden to go. Told me coppers were bringing them over to jail. After almost another 1/2 hour, I said buh-bye. Have the coppers come to my house as they love to do and deliver the copies. No. Got home 5 minutes later, they called and said they were just delivered. I have to come back to jail. I don't think so. Nothing is legal.
Yesterday, 23 Seaview Terrace was back to trespassing onto my property again and again, violating again and again, their CH against me, terrorizing and talking directly to me, and issuing me summons #2. No doubt with Judge Patty Worth. Ew. Then, I went to City Hall to pay my taxes. Fur Trapper was standing outside Alexia's. I had my window down, he looked at me and I said Ew.
I can't go to City Hall to pay my taxes. Jail told me I had to call CM Slocum to get permission to come to City Hall to pay my taxes. I called today, got Nora McGrath. She said Slocum was in a meeting and said to mail it. No, postal service has been tampering my mail since 2011. Still waiting for Slocum to call me to let me come into City Hall to pay my taxes that are due tomorrow. As I told McFadden, y'all can't even do corruption well.
I told the above to Amy Flood and said I'll do the drop in City Hall when Slocum sends it in writing that I may pay my stinkin' taxes. She suggested having my only friend come in for me. No. They keep trying to alienate my last friend.
I have yet to see the deed transfer to who ever may own 23 Seaview Terrace. They are building out of compliance full throttle, no planning board approval, or abutter notice to me. No response for months to CP Marshall and Code Rosenburg to issue violation, cease and desist to building on 23 Seaview Terrace. CA Bill Kelly reprensent them privately and sent me a threatening letter to allow the taking of my boat, pay for a fence for them and his fees. Conflict of interest no legal matter.

Thank you for all the documents. I went through them and there are so many lies and hearsay. I never said anything to City Council outside of City Council meetings, nor did I chase after any of them. Certainly they would have gotten a cease harassment against me at those times.
Since I never received the original cease harassment notices as mandated, they must be dismissed first off. On the deputy report incident b17-6198, page 3 of 6 with a handwritten circled 5 at the bottom right.
On 9/6/17 there was NOT a criminal trespass complaint- this is the first time reading this and I have had other discoveries where this was not on there. My discoveries were stolen. McFadden has my keys and was in my house..
Same with the 9/7/17 claim that I posted a new you tube video with me "yelling and swearing at Mark Rae and the construction worker there. Mark and the worker were on Mark's land and were not bothering Laurie" This is a new lie and the video does not exist.
Next paragraph. When Guba came to my door, I asked if it was MY cease harassment notice, the one I filed. He said yes and then it when I came down, happy, opened the door and said I was going to cry. Then he read it against ME and I was shocked and disgusted.
On 10/23/2017 Guba made me sign a fabricated summons for a fabricated video that is not available violating a fabricated cease harassment notice.
On 11/1/2017 K9 unit with 3 cops come with blue lights, megaphone, banging on my door for my arrest I don't even know what this arrest was for. Then upon entering Waldo jail, I was forced to sign more cease harassment notices (NO criminal trespass notices given or issued) from those I can remember- Mike Hurley, Colonial Theater, Belfast Police Department, Belfast City Hall (proven in Joe Slocum's email below but he states it is a trespass notice. It was not. But I was never given originals or copies of these either and that is covered in the emails below. Note in the 9/28/2017 email to McFadden, I state Guba came out to give me 2 copies but I did not take them.
Back to 11/1/2017 after I signed them, they told me that I had already violated one with Hurley. None of this is in the discovery. Who are the harassment charges by? I'm reading it as both are Mark Rae, on or about 11/1/2017 ??? what the hell is that? And Mark Rae on or about 10/17/2017 which must be the video that doesn't exist. The bailiff who I told that I did not get the original cease harassment notices and he confirmed it by my personal belonging list is Ryan Otis. Ryan asked the officers where they were and they told him they were getting me copies. Ryan left and I did not get any copies or originals.
Terrorizing with a dangerous weapon- the evidence is the target shoot by me only right? The rest is hearsay and you will object to all terrorizing hearsay and history. It's just the video which is freedom of speech with precedence. The cases in the discovery don't apply, the cases on the article I gave you do apply. Cite them.

- Send in writing that all BPD original signed notices pertaining to me are waiting for a video witness receipt at the BPD hand delivered by McFadden to me.
- Send in writing that my FOIA for all BPD's documentation and video on me is ready, same procedure as #1.
- Issue a violation, cease and desist building and all violations, civil rights to theft and destruction of property, etc. to 23 Seaview Terrace, emailing all details to me and violating parties.

Please advise by noon today, 11/28/2017 if I will be arrested for speaking at open to public at Belfast City Council meetings. BPD and BPC forced me to sign illegal cease harassment notices where I still have not received my mandated original signed unwarranted/illegal cease harassment notices. I believe there are 6? illegal cease harassment notices, but McFadden also refuses my FOIA for all my BPD records. This is absolutely an Attorney General immediate investigation. AG Janet Mills- what are you doing?
Workers and owners of 23 Seaview Terrace continue to violate their own illegal cease harassment notice against me. This past week they have trespassed again and again onto my property, removed my personal property, thrown it and even brought a small front loader onto the ditch on MY property, almost tipping over, right in front of me. City Clerk Amy Flood- please confirm that you received my property taxes via registered USPS because City Manager Joe Slocum refused to let me come in and pay my taxes on the due date. I overpaid because of Slocum I'd be late. First time since owning a home in 1987, another in 1997, and this in 2010. Horror stories of the same by Belfast by my family on home 1 and home 2. You all keep trying to take this one from me, over my dead body. Do it. Please send the refund in the mail- registered please. You have all cost me over 50k and all I love and protect without doubt. Please advise by noon today, 11/28/2017 if I will be arrested for speaking at open to public at Belfast City Council meetings. BPD and BPC forced me to sign illegal cease harassment notices where I still have not received my mandated original signed unwarranted/illegal cease harassment notices. I believe there are 6? illegal cease harassment notices, but McFadden also refuses my FOIA for all my BPD records. This is absolutely an Attorney General immediate investigation. AG Janet Mills- what are you doing?
Workers and owners of 23 Seaview Terrace continue to violate their own illegal cease harassment notice against me. This past week they have trespassed again and again onto my property, removed my personal property, thrown it and even brought a small front loader onto the ditch on MY property, almost tipping over, right in front of me.
