Belfast City Manager Joe Slocum, Belfast City Council (Mary Mortier, Eric Sanders, Neal Harkness, John Arrison), Mayor Ash, Michelle Ridley (Midcoast Council of Realtors President) and Carol Lehighton (Commissioner, State of Maine Realtors),

This email is ONLY for the immediate (by Friday, 4/10/2015) update of the Belfast City Website for public information for the final zoning maps for ALL of the prior zoning of R2 amended by Belfast City Council to R1 and R3 and correction all affected listings.

Corrupted listings in Belfast is epic and ruthlessly robs many, many lives.

Below and attached is supporting documentation of corrupted private property public information and activities due to Belfast City Hall.

Attached are current listings in Belfast that City Manager Joe Slocum claims are under the NEW zone of R1 voted in by Belfast City Council WAY back on 10/7/2014, over 6 months ago.

A. New listings (see #5) on Seaview Terrace have listed 3 different zoning's - "Hlthcr" (45 Seaview Terrace),  "R2" (31 and 22 Seaview Terrace),
"Residential 1" (26 Seaview Terrace).

B. Other current listings outside of Seaview Terrace (see #5) with OLD zoning "Res2" (31 Fahy St) and vague "RES" (6 Penobscot Terrace). There are many more listings with false zoning.

C. City Manager Joe Slocum is not updating the City Website for the final zoning maps for Seaview Terrace that he claims City Council voted in as R1 on 10/7/2014 (see #3). Attached is communications (see #2 & 3) from City Manager Joe Slocum stating he would update the maps in February. He has not.

D. Also is a communication (see #1)  where he admits to making mistakes ( specifically to most of my requests for public information/documents for Seaview Terrace).

E. Also is a communication (see #4) from Seaview Terrace ward City Council and real estate agent Mary Mortier refusing to provide listing documentation and never responding to any of my requests for public information/documents for Belfast City Hall " illegal activity" to Seaview Terrace in the 4 years of emails and over 50 City Council meetings I have spoken at.

F. The Belfast City Hall has illegally used Seaview Terrace private property as an outlet for massive polluted and salted impervious runoff and melt-off inside and  outside of Seaview Terrace for many slaughtering miles and abusively refuses responsibility.

G. Belfast City Hall has illegally performed work on private property at 23 Seaview Terrace to  send accumulated water from others to my private property.

H. Belfast City Hall has illegally paved Seaview Terrace in September 2014. Also, sending accumulating water from many properties inside and outside of Seaview Terrace to my private property without any easements, rights of ways, any rights what so ever. I. Belfast City Hall has discriminated against me and my property with refusal to provide equal snow plowing maintenance provided to the other residents of Seaview Terrace.

J. Belfast City Hall illegally attempted to place Seaview Terrace from R2 into a NEW zone of Healthcare and Housing (R3). City Manager Joe Slocum will only  state that Seaview Terrace was voted in as R1 by Belfast City Council on 10/7/2014. Six months of dodging final zoning maps is very disturbing. As  City employee's that have so many errors and difficulties in communicating public information and providing accurate documentation, Joe Slocum and Wayne Marshall would be fired in the private sector. Belfast City Council is NOT representing the rights of the public. Not by any standards or ethics.

 Thank you for your inquiry. I spoke to Wayne Marshall and he advised me that he has sent you  the Map showing that Seaview Terrace is R-1 three times.
Seaview Terrace is R-1. I do not know how to be any clearer to you than this. If maps on line are not current I will look into when I can  and if you are correct then we will get to that when we can.

I did the research you asked for and have photocopied for you the 15 pages of the minutes of the Council Meeting of October 7, 2014 when the City Council voted to adopt amendments to the Code of Ordinances and 6 pages of the newly adopted Maps which show Seaview Terrace as being Zoned R-1.
These maps still need to be updated on the city website.

What is the correct zoning after the fall 2014 change of Seaview Terrace zoning from R2 for these listings currently on Seaview Terrace?  45 Seaview Terrace is listing zoning as Healthcare and 31 Seaview Terrace is listed as R2 A
ND not disclosing the stream. 31 Seaview Terrace owns stream hell. Please advise on all and make immediate corrections today. Thank you.

Mary Mortier, ward council for Seaview Terrace and real estate agent is not transparent, refuses to provide listing information and refuses communication in all City Council meetings (over 50) that I have attended and begged for public information for illegal Belfast City Hall “activity” to Seaview Terrace since development to present day.
