Alleged Extortion in the Courts With the Bail Commissioner
By Brad Williams | Dec 20, 2014
Ask anyone in our state that
has ever posted bail for a loved one and they will tell you first-hand
eye-witness testimony to the fact that every time anyone is arrested
regardless of how ridiculous the circumstances, innocence or guilt, you
are going to be absolutely robbed of $60 above and beyond the bail by a
man who's actual title "commissioner" implies he receives a commission
on top of the $60 he takes from you. Who do you bribe for that job?
Allegedly.
Black's Law Dictionary says: "Extortion is the obtaining of property from another induced by actual or threatened force, violence or fear, or under color of official right". 18 USCA871 et seq, 1951.
This is exactly what the cops, judge, bail commissioner, lawyers, all of them do to us day in day out 365 days a year with impunity and remorse or fear of being punished for this crime, an arbitrary tax imposed without our knowledge or cconsent that the victims are ashamed to even talk about, all over aa measly $60 that if the guy had a real job we wouldn't have this problem. They are all oath and duty bound to arrest extortionists, and their inaction makes them co-conspirators, allegedly.
"If you don't give me an extra $60 to stick right in my pocket, you get to bunk with Bubba tonight" is the extortion scheme, and they all laugh down both sleeves at us for it. Feel good?
They owe me $60 and I'm going to collect it. I don't take kindly to thieves, especially ones in robes.
