You called me a few weeks ago (I think it was Saturday 1/16/2016) and stated you would publish my letter (below). The delay in posting made it too close the meeting date written of 1/19/2016. We had a lengthy discussion about the zoning/real estate and corruption in Belfast. I stated that Abby does not want to report on Belfast corruption that I have proven. You told me you would print my letter and change the meeting date to February 2, 2016. That letter is still not printed and the meeting is days away again.
You also said you would look into reporting the Belfast corruption, but to date, there is no sign of that. Andy Obrien will not respond to the same request for investigation. The Free Press has not printed my letter. Stephanie Grimwell did print my letter in the Republican Journal and fraudulently changed the meeting date to 1/26/2016 when there wasn't a meeting. I am banned from posting online so I could not get that corrected.
Media is protecting Belfast that houses Jay Davis, Judge Patricia Worth, John Worth III and the 1% players. I am exposing all @ www.boycottbelfast.blogspot.com and am NOT in fear that any post could be my last. I do fear for my scholarly son, a senior in BAHS with the Superintendent, Principal, Guidance Director and Counselor hurting his education and college potential before entering 9th grade. www.waldokids.blogspot.com Belfast PD Chief McFadden has intimidated me several times, even coming to my house to determine my stability after he could not get me to back off of exposing Belfast City Hall corruption.

Belfast City Hall held public hearings for zoning and ordinance changes throughout the summer of 2014. After the public hearings, a huge binder was used to vote the changes through. The public was and is clueless as to what they voted in throughout Belfast.
The prior R2 zone boundaries were John Robinson Way to Condon Street/Salmond Street up to Congress Street, intersecting over to Route 1 South, back down to John Robinson Way. Public Hearings for the prior R2 zone stated this zone would merge into R1.
Belfast officials have refused to update the “official” zoning map on the city website officially stating R2 is now R1. On my blog, boycottbelfast.blogspot, is the history of Zoning Gate 2016 Belfast Maine. City Councilor Mary Mortier for this ward is refusing to advise of the zoning codes for 14 properties in the prior R2 currently reflecting conflicting codes.
A methadone clinic could be our next-door neighbor. Residents have been lied to. All residents have a duty to the service people who fight and die for our democracy to do the same against Belfast City Hall corruption. Please contact City Council for written accountability at minimum. City Council meetings are the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m., open to the public for the public to speak at. Dear Belfast Residents,
Belfast City Planner Wayne Marshall and
Belfast City Manager Joe Slocum held public hearings for zoning and
ordinance changes though out the summer of 2014. After the public
hearings, Marshall Planner gave Belfast City Council a huge binder to
vote the changes through. The public was and is clueless as to what
they voted in throughout Belfast.
I write specifically to the prior R2
zone (boundaries John Robinson Way to Condon St/Salmond St up to
Congress St. Intersecting over to Route 1 South back down to John
Robinson Way). Public Hearings for the prior R2 zone stated this zone
would merge into the prior R1 zone and become R1.
Slocum and Marshall have refused to
updated the “official” zoning map on the Belfast City website,
regardless of my requests since 2014 to do so. Slocum stating again
and again that Seaview Terrace is now R1. His email is on my blog

MLS listings throughout the prior R2
since the change list evasive zoning codes. Recently, I cornered the
Maine Realtor Commission Director Karen Bivins and Deputy Director to
correct the zoning. Prior R2 zone are NOW listing R3's and R1's. City
Council Mary Mortier for this ward is refusing to advise of the
zoning codes for 14 properties in the prior R2 currently reflecting
conflicting codes.
