7/17/2019 Motions if not dismissed for Trial by Judge, Rescind Bail Conditions, Void CH & Trespass Notice

July 16, 2019

Laurie Allen
v.
State of Maine

Motion for trial by Judge for any charges that are ordered to trial. Laurie Allen has extensive State wide corruption exposure through media for 9 years with many in the state employed by those Laurie exposes. Laurie Allen would not receive a fair trial by jury.

...Still, there are circumstances in which the accused may wish to take his case
to a judge. Any case that has generated intense media coverage runs a risk that
at least some jurors harbor some partial opinions before the case has begun.
Even if jurors have not been following the news reports, some may not be able
to withstand pressures from the community to render the conviction that some
protesters and local activists demand..
